Become Runescape’s Best Staker in Duel Arena

Part 1 – First Steps

1. Create a RuneScape account wth a username easy to remember – this will be changed, it will ONLY be your username, not DISPLAY name.
2. Rush through the tutorial. 
3. Do recovery questions and do both of Strongholds. Rub antique lamps and choose defense
4. Go to the GE and buy all armour sets from black. Buy amulet of power. Buy iron longsword
5. Now, it’s time for the hard job. This is completely optional. Get 50 Runecrafting and get a Talisman staff.

Part 2 – Membership and Soul Wars

1. Get a membership month, and I HIGHLY RECOMEND TO GET IT BY TRIOND.COM.
2. Collect and spin flax until 200K/800K. If you want to get Prayer extremely fast, chose the second option. Seriously.
3. Buy in GE full Rune with chainbody and spend 600K on dragon bones. 
4. Use your dragon bones at the best altar you can find. Stop at 43 Prayer.
5. Get 40 Defense in Soul Wars
6. Perfect! You’re now 40 defense, 43 Prayer, 18 Combat, 10HP! Your membership month is probably finished, if not, continue with SW.

Part 3 – Staking in F2P

1. Go to Duel Arena, stake anyone levels 3-30. Remember to put on Rune when the battle comences.
2. Get 50 Runecrafting now that you’re an expert, it gives better defense bonus than Iron longsword.

Part 4 – Keys of Success

1. At level 1 Att/ 1 Str you can wield a 1 handed weapon with +33 strength bonus, high defense bonus, and fairly accurate
2. With low combat, high defense and ability to protect from melee, HP aren’t needed. This means you can cut the HP levels that get combat up.
3. People normally stake lower levels for loads of cash
