There are actually two options for the armor equipments. The first option is Fist Of Guthix robes. They will provide more bonuses in magic attack and defence. However, these robes won’t give much bonus against melee or ranged attack. Both of them required Level 20 Magic and 10 Defence to be worn.

You can buy the uncharged set of robes in Grand Exchange and then recharge them in Fist Of Guthix for much less tokens than if you buy the new and charged one. Here are the list of the robes along with the detailed information about them:

Note : All unmentioned stats aren’t there because they’re all zero.

I would prefer combat top and bottom with runecrafter hat and gloves because runecrafter hat and glove give defence and have a higher attack bonus on magic than the combat ones and combat top and bottom have higher attack bonus on magic than the runecrafter. This is for purrs.
But I ur going to be a Mage tank or so I prefer ammy of power and runecrafter set. And the staff I suggest staff of ( the most runes u need ) so dat u don’t need to buy those runes.

Best mage atk bonus set is:
    Rc-hat
    Cb-robetop
    Cb-robebottom
    Leather boots
    Explorers ring
    Elemental staff
Arcane pulse necklasse (+12 and 10% extra hit)
Cape (won’t effect atk, but gives some def)
Tome of frost (+10 and infinite water runes)

    Forgot the rc gloves oops.
    So that makes:
3+7+6+2(gloves)+0(boots)+1+10+12+0(cape)+10 = 51 + 10% extra hit by the necklasse. The cb-robes, staff and tome also save you runes ;)

Lol, thats not true. Combat set has better stats. So here it is.
Full combat set (fist of guthix), cape, amulet of magic, swanky boots (reward from gunnars ground), gloves and an element staff.

Only because it costs more, doesnt mean it must be better. (Except that rune berserker is better than spikeshield.)

That’s what is written here (except for the amulet). Perhaps you forgot to navigate to second page; the complete combination can be found there.

    Thanks for your comment!
