Easiest and Hardest 99’s, RuneScape

Cooking- Probobly the easiest skill to train.  You don’t really nned a high attention span and you won’t lose that much money.  Fairly quick as well.

Strength-  Many people level this up to hit high, pures especially.  A lot of people like to see their charachter hit high, and this is the skill to do it.  Usually people’s first 99 combat skill.

Fletching-  Not a lot of attention required here.  You don’t lose that much money and is pretty fast to acheive.  This skillcape is fairly common.

Hitpoints-  This comes along with other combat skills.  This is completely dependant on your other skills, so chances are if you have a hitpoints cape, you’ll have a strength or attack as well.

Attack-  Pretty easy to train.  This makes your attacks more likely to hit, which some people find appealing while others don’t.  The emote is pretty awesome, providing some added motivation.

Defense-  Not a very popular combat skill as you can’t really see its effects.  Still, it is not costly to train and wearing new armour is a good motivator.

Firemaking-  A very easy skill to train.  Very cheap if you use maple logs, as that is your only expense other than a 1gp tinderbox.  Somewhat time consuming, but once you get the hang of it, it’s not to bad.

Ranging-  Pures take advantage of this one.  A pretty neat skill to master, as the emote is cool and you can attack from a distance.

WoodCutting-  Not to much attention required here now that that one random event has been removed where the axe head can fly off.  Intense competition can rage of yew logs though, so be prepared to fight for your spot.

Magic-  A very expensive 99 skill to train with some pretty amazing kicks to it.  There are three different types to master and countless possibilites. 

Prayer-  A very easy but extremely expensive skill to level up.  I think we will see some more prayer capes come into play because the temple at sennisten releasing a new prayer book.

Fishing-  A generally easy but long lasting 99.  This skill takes a long time but you will defintely make oodles and oodles of money.

Hunter-  A great skill for money.  Red chinchompas can go for a lot on the grand exchange or you could use them for great range experiance. Hunting starts off slow but picks up as you climb the ladder of levels.
