Fastest Way to Train Your Combat in Runescape (f2p)
Do you want to train your combat using the fastest way possible? Here is some very useful information such as recommended items and strategies to level-up your combat in no time.
Things You Need
Equipment
- Rune full helm, Rune full helm (t), Rune full helm (g), Saradomin full helm, Zamorak full helm, Guthix full helm
- Any cape
- Amulet of power, Amulet of strength, Strength amulet (t)
- Rune scimitar
- Rune platebody, Rune platebody (t), Rune platebody (g), Saradomin Plate, Zamorak Plate, Guthix Plate
- Rune kiteshield, Rune kiteshield (t), Rune kiteshield (g), Saradomin kite, Zamorak kite, Guthix kite
- Rune platelegs, Rune platelegs (t), Rune platelegs (g), Saradomin legs, Zamorak legs, Guthix legs
- Rune gauntlets
- Fancy boots, Fighting boots

Inventory
Option 1
The first option is for trainers who don’t want to spend money on training. The only things to bring are fly fishing rod and lots of feathers. Fish a full inventory of salmon and trout and go to the longhall (Barbarian Village) to cook your fish.
Option 2
The second option is quite more effective than the first one but requires a lot of money. The things to bring are 2-3 strength potions and a full inventory of lobster, tuna or swordfish (other foods that give plenty of hp are fine too).
Location
“Pit of Pestilence” in the Stronghold of Security (Barbarian Village)
Strategy: When you enter the first room in the “Pit of Pestilence” with the Giant Spiders (level-50), they will auto-attack you. That means that you don’t have to click on them anymore. When they stop auto-attacking you, go to the next room on the east side. Head to the north-east corner of the room and the Giant Spiders there will attack you. When they stop auto-attacking you, go back to the previous room and so on… Remember to turn on your “Auto Retaliate”!
Note: This strategy gives at least 30,000 xp in either Attack, Strength or Defence in 1 hour (depends on your combat level and stats).

I don’t actually get 30K xp per hour, I get like 40K+.
But for some people, they might get lower than this.
It really depends on your stats and your equipment.

The 30k xp is pretty good for a level 50-70 but please dont call people a noob just cause your a higher level that makes you a noob.Anyway if your a member go to rock crabs(near rellika)im level 80 and i get 40kxp+ per hour great xp.
The fastest xp for strength, attack, and defence is Flesh Crawlers…
Why?I have experienced how fast I earned xp from these guys from the giant spiders becuase since the Flesh crawlers has 1 Defence, it’s easy to hit your max hit on them but those red spiders are slow, and those spiders hit a lot of damage of you but the flesh crawlers hit only 1 on you.
Also I keep time of track on how much xp I get in a hour and for flesh crawlers I got 59k xp each hour but those Giant red spiders I only got 41k xp per hour.
I was level 72 and I started training on Flesh Crawlers and became level 92 in just 4 months, my friends were like so surprised and they also asked me how the heck I got 83 Strength in just 2 months, well I got it by training flesh crawlers.
The Giant Red spiders were so slow becuase sometimes it is crowded!
Hold on—Let me tell you the real secret, you know those Rune pures like level 79 with 99 Strength or 98 Strength? I asked them how they got 99 & 98 strength and they say Members, I also said what do you train on and they pick from 85-95 str:pest control and from 95-97 strength (when they ran out of members):Flesh crawlers
It worked, I did it less then 6 months and gotten 97 Strength, and Im still training on those Flesh Crawlers….
Also, lots of Strength pure’s train on Flesh Crawlers!!!!

I fast way to level up level 50+ combat on free to play is to kill level 18 and level 24 zombies in wilderness rite across from clan wars . the level 18 zombies give 96 exp. and the level 24 zombies give 105 exp. if you go to the zombie graveyard zombies will start attacking you for at least 5 minutes( if you want to kick back)
but I advise you to watch while you attack the zombies because reverents will come. If you do not know what reverents are they are these ghosts that are sent out to kill a certain player. More then one reverent can be coming for you; I have seen 5 reverents in a line following each other probably going after one person or more. the reverent is far more powerful then what you would think if your a higher level then the reverent is so I advise you not to attack back and run to clan wars were they cant attack you and if you lost any health which is likely to happen because they can freeze you for like 5-10 seconds, just go into the white portal in clan wars and get someone to kill you, if there is no one at clan then change to a busier world(server) because if someone kills you then you get a health, prayer, and run recharge. Do not go into the red portal because if you die in red portal you’ll lose all your stuff and it will even say before you go in to the red portal, danger you will lose your stuff if you die. I also advise to bring some good armor because zombies can get more hits on you if you don’t have good armor, but the zombies max hit is a 3 so there is not much to worry about and if you get to when your health is yellow I advise you to go and get killed in clan wars because if you have low health and a reverent comes then your probably dead so have green health. I have gotten to level 79-87 in just 5 days which is hard if you train on something else like stronghold of security but training in strong hold isn’t that bad it’s just not as fast leveling. And remember to always watch what your doing if your training zombies because I have lost alot of good armor from not watching and getting killed by reverents. But its a good job I have the level to cut yews trees because they sell for like 450 gp to I think 500 gp at g.e. and if you want to know a fast way to level pray just incase you want to protect you self from the reverent hits or the frozen dart that freezes you so it cant get more hits on you. go to lumbridge and kill chickens because there easy to kill and you get bones faster and the bones give the same exp as another free to play bone exp. except if you kill giants and get big bones they give like 10 or 15 exp per bone and regular bones give 4.5 exp. but id rather kill level 1 chickens and you can also get there feathers for fishing exp or sell them and you can get the chicken and cook it for cooking exp. or you can go across from the chickens and kill level 2 cows they give bones, meat, and cowhide which you can get tanned in al-kharid and make armor for crafting exp. oh yeah so just kill chickens for faster exp in prayer I get 200 exp for prayer every minute and I have a high level prayer now. I play basically every weekend. So if you want to ask me something about combat or anything like that I can help. flesh crawlers ftw, lets do some math.flesh crawlers give 100 exp per kill. You can kill like 3-5 per min, and the average you get is about 25-30k exp, but if your a higher lvl, you can manage 40k exp per hour.
Yeah, but I cam kill about 6-7 flesh crawlers per minute so, I get 71k xp per hour, also if you have 99 Strength you can I mean can(Not lying) kill 7-11 flesh crawlers per min, so thats 75k xp per hour, but those low-levels, you get 40k or something else

flesh crawlers have become unbearably crowded. i can handle 2 per room but there ussualy like 5 people. you guys shoulkd stop exchaning comments nad stay queit our persinal gym is gone….

well u know how greybear said flesh crawlers thats pretty good but i say al-kharid guards =] ud probably think its dum but im doing it right now i can get like 10 k exp in 5 min im acctually trying to get 60 att im lvl 66 but i get tons of exp per min =} so i hope u like this tip =)
and i can get 20 k or more during this these guards drop the following items

ther herbs
:1-10gp
:and bronze bolts =]
and if u want to do it go to wrld 9 and il b there most of the time im on rofl well =]

the best way to get 99 wc is to get lvl 60 then buy/borrow d axe then cut willows

Al-kahrid guards are only for low-levels, 10k per 5 mintues? TO SLOW, and BTW um, don’t train on flesh crawlers, too crowded, lol, ALSO BOUNTY HUNTER PVP WILDERNESS ONLY came out!!!! Go try it!

Hi there, I’m level 101 in Rs, my stats are:
75 Atk
91 Str
75 Def
84 Hp
60 Prayer
I also have 61 mage and range but they don’t affect my combat level.
I get 55-60K an hour in Spiders!
I kill 5-6 spiders per minute so that means i get 55-60k xp per hour.
75 atk is for godsword (god wars dungeon)
91 str is for pking
75 def is for dragon fire shield (training)
60 pray is for chivalry (prayer is great)
61 ranged is for rune cbow (luring monsters)
61 magic is for trollheim teleport (god wars dungeon)
all my stats have a purpose & they are great!!!!!!!!!1

Where do you get 10k per 5 minutes, and how is that too slow, that’s like 120k per hour
my accnt name lacker89 i flesh crawl now from 77 to 99 str but i did lvl 50 spiders with wip for 70 def from 65 it took a couple days it felt like it was faster then crawlers but now im a f2p

you all have no idea.. yeah, flesh crawlers, best in f2p. but i’m sure most of you are members.
pest control is crap, seeing as you now only get 2 thirds of the exp you’re supposed to get, because jagex realised it was too easy to train. soul wars is even worse, for obvious reasons

best way for strength xp and money is green dragons
they are only level 74 and drop a decent rate of charms aswell as other loot
they are good for money because they 100% green dragonhide and dragon bones. in 1 hour, i got 60k xp and 500k cash.
green dragons are level 79 not 74…….
oh and they are brilliant cash…
