Runescape is a perfect way to spend an afternoon if you have nothing to do. There are so many options and choices, you can spend an hour doing absolutely nothing, and the time flies by. Also handy for people waiting for something to happen, you can train a skill while you wait, so your sort-of multi-tasking.

Money Making
Runescape has a market, like most online games, and although maybe not appreciated by Jagex, there is a real life worth to money and items. Although anything big scale is rather pointless to make a quick buck, if you have good skills, making a million gold for a friend and then him giving you a gift of appreciation can be really handy. Runescape does require a rather high level to make any real money, so this isn’t really the greatest idea for beginners.

Releasing Anger
Some times I found myself steaming at the ears about anything that annoys me, with no way to express this anger. If I sit down to a session of Runescape, I find myself easily expressing this. When you explore the realm of Runescape, there are countless knobs who believe themselves to be God, and think that you are obviously stupider and less knowledgeable than them. If you usually try and help this guys, then when they start annoying you, you can just leave, or you can verbally assault them, and insult their mother. Or you can find someone on your Friends list who’s been annoying you and burn them.

Socializing
As you probably know, Runescape is a MMORPG, or Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game, where you interact with other people and the environment. If you do interact with the other players, your likely to make friends. These friends could be for the day, or for life. You never know who you might click with, and even without making friends, it’s hard not to smile or cry at what you say and do to the everyday player. Finding yourself making new friends is not a rare occurrence. And a lot of people spend most of their time talking on Runescape.

Just Playing
A lot of people call Runescape addictive, like some cigarette or coffee, but it’s a lot more than that. Coffee and cigarettes evoke a sense, but Runescape doesn’t have the benefit. Sure, you watch your player, but Runescape is more than that. You put your life into Runescape, and somehow, above all the bad times and being bored, it returns the favor. Whether it be making you dance for joy when you complete a hard quest, or slam the ground in frustration after you die with your best armor on, Runescape affects YOU. People that don’t play say the all you do is click a lot. I believe that they are far from right. Runescape becomes part of you, and since you chose your path, you lead your life. The fact that it can affect your mood and emotions so vividly says it all to me. Runescape. I love you.

this guide is actualy very good. i remember when i lost my first rune battleaxe because of some lagg. i found myself crying a lil but i moved on and finaly raised my fishing to high lvls so i wont die as often cuz i used salmon most of the times i think..runescape can make u cry like i did when i traded my rune 2h sword and rune full helmet for 10k instead of 100k.but know one thing.it will ALWAYS make u tougher smarter in certain situations and get u back on ur feet.even if u reiceive a big loss in runescape u can easily deal with it by working hard. i got personal experience of it.
today its my birthday actualy and i got a prety good present from runescape. the knowledge that someone will always be there for u.by the way there are plenty ppl like me who are too lazy to work.get a skill that relaxes you.for example my skill is cooking and firemaking.runescape can make u happy

i love RS i feel like its a part of me i wanna play it 24/7 but i cant coz its not my comp so i can only play in the mornin so i get up at 6.00 every sunday and play until 12.00 and hell i do alot of trainin especially runecraft.anyway if u want me to train it 4 u just lend it 2 me.my user is kesson60.just put everythin in 2 ur bank and put the talismans of the rune u want and ill runecraft a storm.also check the runecraft highscores coz im lvl 37 runecraft. not much but its worth it.beta than my lvl63 frend with only 30 runcraft
World of warcraft is FAR better why not give it a try? If you play for 5 minutes you will slap yourself for ever playing Runescape .. WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?
