For Competition number one,
These hats are part of RuneScape Classic. They are gained from 2001 Christmas crackers. These are 6 different party hats, with different colours, all with the same shape. When a player wears them, they resemble a crown. Due to the fact that they are discontinued, they are extremely rare, therefore very expensive. These special hats can be sold for hundreds of millions of coins. Although these are so expensive, they do not give stat bonuses, and are usually worn to show wealth and power. These party hats (phats for short) are some of the most costly objects in the whole of the runescape universe. There was a glitch involving a purple Partyhat, so due to the Partyhat duplication glitch, the purple party hat is less valuable, boosting sale prices for the other colours.

you are not going to give a partyhat, you cant drop it, you cant trade it, and you cant even get it from a drop at pvp. there is a limit drop.
