Getting to Dark Beast with Full Inventory

Dark Beasts are the fearsome level 90 Slayer Monster that most slayers hope to kill. In order to get there, you must have at least started Mourning’s End Part II. They are accessed in the basement of the Mourner’s house in West Ardougne, which is only accessible by wearing FULL mourner gear, with no non-mourner items such as shields, weapons, and amulets (Rings CAN be equipped).

Most slayers get annoyed by this, because it really reduces the amount of prayer potions / food they can bring to the beasts. This guide will explain how to get there without any inventory space sacrificed except for the spaces for full mourners.

1. Bank in Ardougne, and first equip your full Mourner outfit, but this time also equip an amulet, ring, shield, and weapon (And arrows if you want to range them).
2. Fill your ENTIRE inventory with whatever you need to slay the beasts with, such as armour, helmet, food, prayer potions, etc.
3. Head to the Mourner’s house in West Ardougne, and you’ll realize you cant get in while wearing the Weapon/Shield/Amulet. This time, drop 3 potions / items you have in inventory. Make sure these items aren’t very valuable in case of the rare losing connection.
4. Un-equip your non-mourner items (Weapon, Shield, Amulet) and walk inside the mourner’s house.
5. Drop 3 more items like you just did outside the door.
6. Walk back outside the door, grab the original 3 items you dropped outside, then walk back in.
7. Re-Equip the non mourner gear, freeing up your 3 extra spaces, and grab those items you just dropped inside.
8. Repeat the process at trap door by dropping 3 items at the trap door, unequip non-mourner items, go down, drop 3 more items, go up, grab 3 original items, then back down.
9. Equip your fighting gear for dark beasts, grab your 3 items you dropped downstairs, then use key on door to get to dark beasts.

Warning: The level 107 Mourners will attack you on your way to the door, though shouldn’t be much of a problem.

There you go! 3 Extra pray potions will add allot of time to your Dark Beast trips, or give you more room for your rune pickaxe for rune mining while you kill them.
