They say 123-4. This is the easiest to understand, obviously it is in the millions. The range is 123m to 124m. You generally want to buy at around 123m and sell at around 124m because that is the range. It is that simple.
But what if it is 124 or 124~. That means that the prices are around 124m. So the price of the item could be 124.3m or it could be 123.8m. It is a rough estimate of the price.
It is also helpfull if you update the prices to the firends chat, by saying your instan buy prices/ instant sell prices, and reporting your buy and sell offers.
