How to Advance Combat Levels on RuneScape F2P (Levelling Guide)

This is my small guide to reach level 60 in all melee skills in Runescape. You will end up with 60 in attack, strength and defence

Levels 1 to 5 

Go to the chickens in the chicken pens north of the goblin houses in Lumbridge, start attacking to earn attack exp, kill all the chickens you need to reach level 2, when you reach level 2 attack, switch to strength and then, when you reach strength level 2, start training defence till level 2 and then switch again to attack and so on until level 5 att, def, str. Pick all the bones and feathers you want, bury them and grab the raw chicken to cook it and earn extra cooking exp.

Levels 5 to 10

Time to train on goblins, you can make a little cash to switch to iron or steel making works or selling chicken or feathers etc.  Repeat he procedure at the chickens but until level 10. You can gather some money and items here and sell them, take the money and bury the bones. This are fairly easy to kill and have low xp so you wont be there much time.

Levels 10 to 20

Congrats you are now level 10 on att, def and str, you now can wear black armour and this steps will earn you lots of money. You are going to switch to the cows just north east the goblins, it is usually crowded, so you should go to less populated worlds. Train as in the steps before, levelling one skill at a time, grab the cowhides, bury the bones and when you have a full inventory of cowhides go to Al-Kharid, you will need 10gp to cross the gate, and sell them in the bank or at GE.

Levels 20 to 40

Hey, you are a big guy now! You can wear MITHRIL armour and you are a little experienced go to Falador Ice mountain and start killing dwarves, they drop lots of different stuff and bones ,as always, bury the bones and only keep the most valuable items and sell the at Falador, there are plenty of Dwarves there so you won’t have to wait for them to respawn. Switch to adamant at level 30.

Levels 40 to 50

Hey! You know can wear RUNE and I will tell you how to earn the money to afford it. Go to Al-Kharid and attack the guards at the palace, they are pretty easy to kill and they are a lot, so it will be easy to level with those. Repeat the procedure of the previous steps to keep your character balanced. Again, as always, bury the bones and pick the valuable items.

Level 50 to 60 

This is the last step, you have advanced a lot and I hoped you enjoyed the game in a safe and healthy way. Well, you will go to fight some Hill giants south west of GE, you will need a brass key (which can be bought at GE)  to enter the marked dungeon in a small house. Kill hill giants, keep one set of bones and bury one set of bones (1:1) stay with the most valuable items and sell them. You will find it fairly easy to level with these. My character is combat level 95 (77 att/71 str/ 75 def) and I found it very easy to level and make money with hill giants.
