How to Flip Merchant in RuneScape
A small beginners guide on how to flip merchant in the online game Runescape.
Hello and welcome to my guide how to flip merchant!
You are more than likely reading this guide so that you can make some quick cash on runescape. Well merchanting can certainly be the way to do it, however first you will need some practice and the knowledge of how to do it.
The first step in merchanting is to find an item that you are going to try and be flipping. In this guide I will be showing you how to merchant raw swordfish, however the same principles work for any item.
The best way to find an item is to go on the runescape homepage at www.runescape.com and then look at the grand exchange for a list of items that are good. Once you see the item that you want you should look at the graph.
As we can see from the graph this item has been steadily rising over a period of time. The orange line represents the daily rise and fall of the item while the blue is showing the 30 day trend of the item.
Now that you have your item you should log on to runescape and head towards the grand exchange. Once your there go ahead and put an offer in for the item at 5% over the median price. Doing this will show you the maxium price that people are selling the item. Once you have that number subtract 1 from it and then either remember it or write it down on a piece of paper.
Go back and sell the item for 5% under the median price to see the lowest amount people will be selling for, add 1 to that number. After you have gotten the hang of finding the price range of items then merching becomes easy!
Put in the offer for the number of items that you want to buy at the price that you found earlier, once they have finished buying go ahead and sell them for the first price that you found. One of the key things about merching is that you have patentience, just because an item isn’t selling right away doesn’t mean that you have to cancel them right away.
Good luck, and happy merching!
