How to Get Fast Strength, Attack & Defence XP on RuneScape
How To Get Fast Strength, Attack, Defense exp on Runescape for level 80+.
Players are advised to have comleted the Stronghold of Security before venturing on the journey.
What to kill
Great Spiders (level 50)
This creature has 50 hp (so players obtain 200xp per kill) and low – ish defence.
These spiders may be found most densely populated in the third level of the stronghold of security.
How to get there
Go to varrock and exit out of the western gate and continue west until you reach the bridge.
Cross over the bridge and enter the barbarian village and head to the rocks in the middle of the village.
Amongst the rocks their will be a hole which you can enter.
Upon entering make your way through the 1st and 2nd level to the 3rd.
Vault of War (1st level)
Catacomb of Famine (2nd level)
Pit of Pestilence (3rd level)
Upon entering the 3rd level, make your way to either of the areas marked by the red circle on the picture above.
Their you will find many spiders to kill.
What you need
Decent Armour of choice
Decent weapon of choice
Decent food of choice
Dragon battle axe (Special attack raises strength so its a substitute for a super strength potion.)
Killing stratedgy
No strtedgy is needed to kill these creatures. Just get to them and kill them whilst refilling on lobsters when needed.
Remember to activate the dragon battle axe special attack every 2-4 minutes to obtain a strong strength bonus.
Spiders will sometimes attack players so players can do something else while their avatar auto – retaliates to the spiders attacks but the spiders do not always attack.
