How to Get Rich in Runescape (A Non-members Guide)
Want to make millions of gold pieces in Runescape and don’t know how? Here’s a free guide!
This is my guide to making a lot of money in Runescape. It will teach you the basics of making millions easily. You don’t even need 1gp to start making money. This is from my experience of making money. So far I have had up to 10 million using these techniques. This guide if for free players, I will be posting a members version soon. So please show your appreciation of my effort and click the “Liked It” button if you thought it was a good guide.
Firstly you need some money to buy some tools. Head down to Lumbridge and kill a load of chickens. You are probably laughing your head off now. Killing chickens gives you feathers, lots of them. And guess how much they sell each? 5-10gp each. So if you killed a few chickens and got 1k feathers you could sell that for 10k. That is a lot of money for just killing a few chickens. You have to start with a little bit of cash to earn huge sums of it.
Once you have about 10k go off and buy a pick axe. A decent one would be good if you have the level to use it but any one will do. Head off to Falador and mine iron ore. Iron ore sells 100gp each. So if you got 1k iron ore you would get 100k! That is a load of money. But if you don’t want to mine much iron you could always buy it off “noobs” for 25-50gp each so you would still be profiting 50gp per iron ore.
You could also fish lobsters in Karamja and sell them 250gp each. This is a good money making method too. You could also buy lobsters off people for 150-200gp each.
Another way of making money is to go air running. This is where you get 25 unnoted rune essence and an air talisman, bring it to runecrafters in the air altar in world 16 and they pay you 2k and 25 noted essence. Run to the bank and unnote them. Run back to the altar and repeat.
Keep up this process and you will have a load of money. Once you have reached your first million gold pieces then you could start off your own RUNESCAPE BUSINESS! To do this you need to find out which of the above money making methods you liked best.
I am going to tell you about my iron business because I liked it best lol. So go along to where the best spot is for mining (Falador) and in the east bank start saying “Hiring miners good pay”. Some people will come up to you and ask how much will you pay. Just tell them the details. I will pay you 25-50gp each iron ore you give me. It will depend on the quantity you have. If they accept then great! Add them to your friends list and speak to them about the dates you would like a certain quantity of iron by.
If they fail to meet the agreements then just fire them because mostly they will be “begging noobs who don’t know what they are talking about’ When you get yourself 5-10 workers then you can relax and do whatever you would like to do in Runescape. If you want even more money then you could mine too. Don’t forget that you can do this for any of the above money making ways. This method was mainly for free players who have no membership. I will be posting a members guide soon on how to make a lot of money! And I mean lots of money!

Awesome! I have all the party hats and several million left over. Another thing that I did was to go onto the forums at zybez,net and buy iron bars for 120gp each. Then you sell them for 200gp. Or go to Karajma and announce that you are buying cooked lobsters, and people might charge as low as 150gp. Then sell for 250gp in Edgeville.

i have been doing this method for a long time. i have an entire friends list of workers who are desperate for money and they all bring me iron ore for 70ea and coal for 150ea. its not aslow as the prices you said but you get miners faster. I make about 200k a day and the only reason im not rich is because im a mage and i spend about that much on runes. this guide is awesome and will get u loads of money, but this tecnique works for any item. eg: guth skirt 110k then sell for 160k

this is my exelent way of making money in runescape. i am not a member and i have full sara and stuff worth 4m inc. thye sara.
god ores on the 13th april 2008 are worth at lowest price in the grand exchange 430 ea. so if u mine 200 a day, thats about 100k (lower). in a month you can have 3 mill, probably more.
to get started you need a mining and crafting of 40. its not ver hard. to get your mining up to 40 is the easy part, an easy way to get your crafting up to 40 is to make things out of cow hides. when you get tot about 20 buy gold bars (200 ea app.)and buy the same number of CUT saphires. make them into rings and sell them at the ring store in port sarim ( south of Fallador ).
then buy a brown apron and a rune pickaxe and head over to the crafting guild and go to the mining pit. the most west 7 rocks are all gold ores, mine them and go to fally and bank them. repeat these steps alot and you be on your way to millions in no time.

A way to earn money on runescape is to woodcut yew trees (60 woodcutting required)
this guide is okay but i’ve found that if u mine coal and iron and make steel bars ppl pay 600gp in the Grande Exchage.You can just make 70 bars and you make 40k in about thirty minutes. Also if you want to level up and make money at the sametime fight the White Knights in Falador.

UM>….. im a lvl 67 and from experience killing chickens does exactly give u alot of feathers sometimes they won’t and they only give like 5 for each one… so for 1k u need like 200 chickens lobsters also takes to long so doesn’t work but im a mem so yeah.. but all f2p players this would be a really good guide (iron or coal is best way to make money in f2p) sell them to the grand exchange in varrock. oh and coal in grand exchange is now 181 gp ea you could just get 1k coal and sell at ge for 181k

ey dude there is a faster way to make money buts its for members only. go to catherby with a lobster pot and there is bank just west of the fishing spot. fish like 5k lobsters and sell in grand exchange raw for 313ea. ull make 1.75mill right there. i hope it helps all of u ppl out cos i used to do that but waisted all my money

I like these money making ways but i have made enougth money. I have full dragon with ful helmet and i have full saradomin. It is not that much work getting money coz i have 300mil and i have abisal and i have a saradomin god sword and the last good lot are 1 of each party hat and last of al i have a zammy god sword. I had a great money making scheme as a noob that made me the richest of my frends. I prefered killing creatures in barbarian village stronghold for there valuables. Minotuars drop noted rune ess, iron and copper ores, and 7-10 iron arrows in a common drop. Zombies the next floor drop Steel arrows, Those dinos on the third drop Mith Arrows, and The Ankou bottom floor drop addy Arrows. I have 3.8m from merchanting those.

Well if you can cut yews thats a very good business for selling, but required a some what high lvl of wood cutting, but once you do that you will get a lot of money it will take a while but its still good.

Yo this is a weak way how to make money,
If You are a non member and have just started then its a good way to start.
But my way of making my 23.6mil
is If You are Member,
You probably have completed auburys Quest.
If u Havn’t. Go do it.
Now You Need good axe,
I would prefer rune or adament.
Now You go to aubury and ask him to teleport you.
So when he does u pop up in the deserted place.
There is Rune essence (non member)
Or Pure essence (member)
Now all you have to do is mine a lot and it works because the bank is right behind the place so its an easy back and forth trip!

a good way of making money is woodcutting. Just cut till ur fingers get bloody and numb…lol jk. But it is a good skill because yew logs sell for lots of money and so do willows if u can get them to sell. Another good money making technique is to buy clay in the g.e. (grand exchange) and then use buckets of water on them…it more than doubles your money that u used in the first place, and it goes quickly

Another way which can raise your strength, attack, defence, range, and magic is by going to Hill Giants in vaarock (need a brass key and you should be lvl 35 at least). You can make about 8k a load and it takes only about 6 minutes on a good world. I recemend brining food

a good stragedy. this way you can make money add me im brainiac486. and your magic lv must be the lv able to use telekinetic grab. you need an air staff and wield it bring a ton, as many as you can of law runes. and go to chaos temple which is located all the way down at the corner left of the wildy. not in the wildy near the wilderness.if u dont know check the map. you go inside chaos temple. and there is a jug called wine of zammy. you will see monks of zammorack lvs 17 and 22. use telekinetic grab on the wine because: if u grab the wine the monks will attack you. if you dont have the magic lv kill all of the monks and grab the wine fast. each wine is 800 gp. if you have like 130 of em you get $100-120k it takes time. wat you do is when you get a full inventory you run to falador bank and store all the wine. go back and repeat wat i said. it takes like a few hours but its worth. money making takes time.

thank for th ad but there is a good way to make money for everyone. just go to the store in varrok and buy 28 jugs then go to the ge and buy as many clay as you can. then bank the clay and take out the 28 jugs. take the jugs and fill them at a water foutan and then use the jug of water on the clay it makes soft clay and keep doin it and by time u know it you will b rich i made 200k in an hour. hope this helps as much as all the other ads

here are the problems with this guild.
1.if u need 1000 feathers and chickens drop 5 feathers a piece killing A FEW as u said would be inacurate u’d need to kill 200 chickens to get that many and in that time u could be training ur mining and smithing so u can sell steel bars and make real money.
2.if u were going to get 1000 iron ore with nothing in ur inventory u’d need to fill your iunventory with iron then rune back and put it in ur inventory 36x that would take an EXTREEMLY long time and would be a waste.
3.Your air running technique is not good because in that time you could have been mining iron and coal ore and smithing them into steel bars and selling those on the grand exchange whitch doesnt take as long and sells for more.
Now there is one thing u accually said right catching raw lobsters is accually one of the best ways to make money and many people do get rich off this method although you need a fishing level of 40 to fish for them.but next to this method mining iron and coal ore and smithing them into steel bars and selling those on the grand exchange is the next best method and you only need 30 mi ing and smithine experience to do it.so take my advice and DO NOT listen to this guild.yes it will get you rich but in the time it takes you you could have made 3x the money with one of these methods.(I am a runescape critique and i go to all the rs money making sites and try their methodas and review them and this is one of the worst quilds I HAVE EVER SEEN if you want a good guild go to sals realm of rs there is valuable information there and it is all true.) thank you for your time and good day.

god most of this doesn’t even work anymore cause of the trade balance when you sell/buy items. Theres alot of better ways to get money faster.
I mostly use the steel bar or mithril bar method with Grand Exchange.
Requirements are either to be able to smith steel or mithril.
You need to start out with like 50k for steel and like 100k for mithril
Steel Bars:
1)Go to G.E, buy 100 Iron bars for 100 each*10k*
2)Then go buy 200 Coal for like 180 each *18k*
3)Go smith all of them into steel bars, now you have 100 stell bars *2 coal, and 1 iron = steel*
4)Go back to G.E with all steel bars noted
5)Sell all of the steel bars from like 610-640 or so depending on price.
6)After all sold you end up with 61k-64k.
7)you gained a net profit of 33k-45k*depending on how much you sold them for*
(you also gain exp for smithing so not that bad)
Mithril bars:
Same steps like Steel but you buy mithril ores, need more money, and buy 4x coal per 1 mithril ore.
1) Buy 100 Mithril ores for like 240-260 gc*26k, forgot how much it’s worth*
2) buy 400 coal for 180 each, cause you need 4 coal + 1 mithril to make mithril bars.*72k*
3) go smith them
4) go sell them to G.E for like 1.1k-1.15k each depending on price value that day.
5)end result of 110k-115k.
6) rather go with steel cause semi faster and makes more money, but get more exp with mithril bars.
Also you can buy eye of newt for like 7gc at the witch place, they go sell it back to G.E for like 60-70.
Example: buy 100 eye of newt for 700gc, sell it back to G.E, make from 6k-7k. *might not always work cause not everyone wants to buy it, and takes awhile to travel back from witch place, to bank.*

Ok can anyone help me out, i’m level 72, and i only have about 400k got rune (g) armor, saving up for full saradom (however you spell it) and i can’t seem to get up enough money, and i need 3 million to get full sara. I’ve been mining gold, collecting alot of big bones from killing hill giants (its actually good money) going to collect up to about 500, then sell them, but that would still probebly only be around 300k or so.

Decent guide. I mean its nice but seriously killing chickens? It is a good reliable way of making money but its way slower than most things. The max I’ve had is 1.5MIL at ONE time I’m level 58. But I’ve spent over 10MIL. Here’s my advice: Never ever ever pvp. Ever. Trust me, just today I lost 500k. PVP is how I lose 90% of my cash. If you want fast money, simple: fish. Fishing gets you loads of money once your a high level. And DON’T cook it. Everything but mackeral decreases in value. I suggest taking off all of your armor and putting everything in the bank. Now switch to a PVP world because you have nothing to lose. Run around and pick up the stuff people don’t get. If you find something good like addy and up, run to nearest bank and stash that stuff. Watch out for people trailing you. If someones following you run like hell. Most likely they will kill you. And you’ll lose everything. If you see a dragon dagger or dragon claws or granite maul run. Simple run. If someone attacks you run or teleport away. Rely on instinct and don’t go in the wilderness or you will die. Period. You will die. High levels won’t but 75 and below will. Use instinct. Don’t carry food because it waste your food you’ll need for later. Feel free to pick it up if you need it. Well jolly ranchers i turned this post into a pvp survival guide. Good luck and happy money making. Oh and one more thing. Be careful or you’ll be tempted to PVP and probably die.

ok, i think pretty much the only way you can make decent money on runescape f2p is, mining gold, adamant, or runite (depending on your mining level) or killing roaches or the party room or collecting and selling big bones. But other than those few things, theres not much you can do to make millions as a f2p. =[
Anyway, you can try these methods, but theres not a whole lot you can do to make millions as a f2p (even tho my friend got 40M from mining and the party room)

this guide is okay i s\’pose, 1M would take about 4-6 weeks though.
Mining iron is the WORST possible way to make cash.
Whoever writes the guide contradicts themself, saying \’You don\’t even need 1gp to become rich.\’ Then saying you need 10k to start, and the suggestion of killing chickens? If your lame enough not to have even 10k then you\’ll be a low level, and need armour, weapons and food to kill enough chickens.
MY quick guide:
Non-members.
If your a low level (3-15) collect bones from golbins neer the toll gate, on a well populated world. This requires no skill, and bones sell for 94gp each at the GE.
When your a higher level, and you want to make money via mining, have at least 43 magic and a pickaxe, and go to Al-Kharid scorpian mines. Mine 4 coal and 1 iron bar \’super heat item\’ and you will have a steel bar. You don\’t make as much money as you would from the raw materials of 4 coal and 1 iron bar, but you can hold 5X as much per inventory,therefor you run less to varrock east bank or al-kharid bank.
If you continue mining and you get 85 mining, then your about to become one of runescapes \’super rich!\’ Buy a rune pick axe, about 15 lobsters and buy the best dragonhide armour you can wear – don\’t use metal armours, because revs hit with magic (unless your dumb enough to let one get close to you) Head out into the wilderness, walk/run (always have atleast 50% run in the wildy) go west of the Wilderness Volcano, and contune north, when you reach the Lava Maze, go around it, untill your at the Northmost point of it, on the mini-map you will see a mining symbol. This is the ONLY non-members runite ore site. There\’s two rocks, each runite ore costs around 18k, thats 36k per two rocks, once both rocks have been harvested, world hop. (don\’t go to a random world, start at world one and work through each non-member world) The runite rocks re-sprawn every 25 minutes, thats a longgg time! so world hop and they should just be waiting for you.
Another non-member way of making money is the Cockroach Layer, between edgeville and barbarian village, in there is level 86 roaches (i recomend your a minimum of level 80) they have average hits, but they occasionally drop rune scimitars and other objects. Its possible to make 1M a day here.

If your a member then money making is easy as pie.
The first way to make decent money is \’Flax to Bowstring\’ Buy 1k bowstrings (78gp from the GE) and head to lumbridge castle, use the spinning wheel with 28 unnoted flax and they\’ll turn to bow strings. The bowstrings are worth 178gp in the GE. thats 100gp profit! On adverage people make 95k per hour, but if your not destracted you can make up to 130k per hour.
The second way is more successful, but not as well known. OAK PLANKS! You can make 200-250k an hour! You\’ll need quite a bit of money to beguin with. I \’d say the minimum to start with is 500k (but you can make that with flax) Buy aproxamatly 1k oak logs (don\’t cut them yourself, it takes forever) but make sure you have 250k for every 1k logs you buy. Head to varrock east bank. Take off all your armour, every single bit of it, and in your inventory you should have your pile of money (50k-1M) and 27 oak logs, head north of the east perimetre of varrock and you\’ll come across the plank saw compound. Talk to the man in the booth, and trade your 27 oak logs and 5.4k for 27 oak planks. You more than double your money. Do this time and time again, and soon you\’ll have millions.
For all you high levels, the way to go is dragons. Start with green dragons – equip a anti-dragon shield / a visage/ anti-fire pots. (THESE ARE ESSENTIAL! DRAGONS HIT 40-50 WITHOUT THEM!) Also equip the best armour you can wear, and the best single handed weapon/cross bow you can hold (don\’t use magic, its not very effective) Head into the wilderness from varrock east bank, and go north east, you will find the dragons easy enough. Kill them an collect the dragon bones (3.5k) and the dragon hides (2k) and repeat untill you\’ve filled your inventory, walk back to varrock east bank to bank your haul, and replenish your food supplies, or teleport (bring tabs, not runes) You can make 300k an hour if your good at killing the dragons fast!

you could also mine about 500 clay and make them into soft clay. which can sell for about 100k as well.

2. People can now SEE how much something is worth in a trade and combined with the fact that ore usually sells instantly in the GE, I highly dought any one is going to work for you to sell you iron at half price

Another way you could do it is by buying some clay and some buckets. then you fill them with water
after that take 14 buckets and 14 clay in your bag
now click on the bucket and on the clay and it will make soft clay
sell that at the ge for over 300 gp per soft clay and keep doing it

Another way 2 get lots of money is cow hide or wat else u could do is go 2 karamja and at the beginning of this place is a hut go in the hut and ask 4 work then he will say he will get u 30 gp 2 fill a box keep doing this 4 20 min and u will have about 500 gp

Lol, this guide sucks. Cowhide selling, minning iron, and killing chickens takes forever….The guy in guide says 1k iron/feathers easy to get….but takes a long time. Here is how to actually do it:
1st way – Get ur woodcutting to lvl 60. Lol, dont be supprised…its not take long…I got mine from lvl 1 up to 65 in 3 days, and didnt play more than 4 hours a day. Cut trees at first. WHen u can cut oaks, cut them all the way to lvl 35-40. CUT LOGS NEAR VARROCK BANK. when u have full inv. BANK THEM. after u lvl like 35 cutting oaks, yeah, takes long, but u have like 1.5-2k oaks…and they sell for nearly 60gp….holy shit…u making profit by only raising skill…well now, sadly, u have to cut willows, scince oaks dont give more exp quick. They sell for 2gp each lol, so drop or bank them and then drop em all.When u get wc to lvl 60, u can cut yew logs. They sell for 400gp each, and best place to cut them is south of falador, scince there are 3 yews there. Remember a lot of people cut em too, so try get woodcutting lvl 65 before u take them on.
2nd way – steel bars. Did u realised how mow they worth? they 970gp each…wow. And all u need is some iron ore, and coal. you can buy the iron from noobs very cheap at al kahrid. And if lazy, too the coal at barbarian village from newbies. Alltogether, u should spend only like 400-500gp buying whats needed to smelt steel bar. so you profit x2 original value! If u making it BIG business, then go to GE and spend 10k worth of materials to make steel bars. GO smelt em (best place is furnace at al kahrid, got a bank close) and u got 20k. Do it again and got 40k. Do it again…80,160,320,640…..1,280,000 goold!!!! really….I do it, and works…just remember, at bigger quantities takes a bit longer to smelt all the steel bars lol, but it works for sure…just keep one thing in mind…price changes. Before steel bars were worth 1200gp each…much better profit. SAme for yews, worth 600gp each. But as they go down, same can the materials go up and down so check the ge prices first lol.
3rd way – training combat. if u lvl 60 combat lvl, by now with right equipment u can take down lesser demons and cockroach soilders lvls 82-95. They sometimes drop rune items…rune med helms and rune chainbodies. THey worth at least 35k each…pretty good drop if u ask me lol. I once got 5 rune med helms in one trip…frikin lucky day lol. U can train at demons safely at karamja, or crandor, without worrying about revs. And cockroach soilders are in the jail dungeon north of barbarian village and south of edgeville…or something XD
4th way – MERCHANTING. Once you got decent money, say 300-700k. U can start merchanting. Buy expensive items at minimum price and sell at maximum. Yeah, takes long, but extremely effective…Say guthix platebody. At min its 920k…at max 1,100k. If u did sell it at max and min price, u could make a 180k…by what, doing nothing? Just allways have items at ge waiting and soon they will sell…
5th way – Minning rune escnece, this is maybe the most important way when u a low lvl scince nearly no lvl required to mine it and sells for 50gp. In 15 minutes u can get like 30-50k.
6th way…BEST WAY FOR NON MEMBERS…zamorak wine…if u have mage lvl enough to cast telekinetic grab (think lvl 21..) check ur map, go to the small zamorak church that is north west of falathor, and northwest of goblin village. There, u will see a zamorak wine on the altar. Use telekinetic grab to take it…OTHERWISE THE ZAMORAK will attack YOU, all of them. And if u dont have decent defense they can take you out easilly. To get rich fast, log on to RuneScape, and take a boat to Karimja (I think this is the name of the island, but not sure) and go inside the volcano throuth the rock tunnel thingy. Over in the corner you will see some small red spider eggs. they will respawn after a while, so keep collecting them until your inventory is full. Next, go to the grand exchange and sell them for full price. You will make almost $10,000 each time you do this. Plus, it’s a pretty nice island. But watch out for the scorpions!
i am makin very good money by just picking up ashes at the ge they sell for about 49 coins each with a full inventory u get like 1k it takes like 2 minutes to get full inventory or kill greater demons nvr liston to this it nvr works

this, is a not bad guide, but u culd do better. if u have high combat lv like 55 , kill hill giants west of varrock(20 dungeoneering required). theres gonna b tons of people there, but w/ dungeoneering, u can go south and go 2 the secret dungeoneering area where there r a lot of hill giants and only a few people. btw, u need brass key. get big bones once u kill them, they sell at a minimum of 500gp.
ur feather moneymaking is crap. chickens only give a maximum of 10 feathers i think and it\’s rare to get that many. iron ore is worth more than 100gp. getting lobbies at karjama is sooooooooooooo slow. it takes a really long time to get even 1 and u need money on u wich takes up invent space. plus, the amount of time it takes 4 u to get to a bank from karjama is looong.

I’m mem ATM and my hints to making money would be
1. (mems) kill green dragons. If you pick up the dragon bones and hides you get like 150k per run. I am lvl 89 and can get an inventory in maybe 30-40 mins.
2. Fishing on karamja. Just fish swordfish and lobs, because that is all people buy. Take them back to edgeville (i think) and then sell when you have maybe 200.
3. Cutting yews is good as well but there is alot of competition for them. Going behind the castle in varrock or in between lumbridge and edgeville would be the best places as they are close to banks. Only do this if you have 65+ wcing or you won’t get many logs if others are cutting with you.
Or you can always just pick up random things that you find on the ground and put EM on the g/e for lowest sale price. You will make money but not a lot.

Um..fishing shops? ;D I made like 20k out of them (8k profit) just use the lumbridge teleport and cabbage port (if you have explorer’s ring 3) or you can just walk to port sarim and lumbridge. Go to the fishing shops and buy all the stock. You need at least 12k to do this. Then sell at the G.E for about 10 gp and voila! Easy and fast,eh?

this does not really world for all of the botters, and no one cares about them until they start to do everday player activitys. if you really want money its called zamrockian. thats what i call it, you must have lvl 35 magic and have 28 law runes 28 air runes or a air staff. go to falador, walk down the back path when you see the goblin villige, go to the left. walk up to the zamrock temple and use tele grab on the wine, if you try to pick it up the zamrock protecters will attack you. do this as many times as you like. the other is monkey moneying, go to karamja you must be lvl 30 or over or the scorpians will attack you. kill the monkeys and get 28 monkey bones. use the basic tele home spell. bank and do again. it will take bruffly 20 mins an inventory but it gets you 10k. another i invented is called boned. go to port sami or whatever it is. find the deposit box. deposit everthing in your inventory. walk down the little row thing. there will be a few botters attacking segulls. just pickup segull bones. and go deposit them into your bank. do this about 100 times then go to G.E and sell. if you want to reach me and thank me for the weirdest ways to make money my Personal email is mikeymacain@yahoo.com my runescape name is Godrick B i am usaly at the karamja fishing spots on worlds 8 20 and 1. have fun!! and, i got hacked by zemah. no joke. thanks to having my second account friends with my first one. i found it out.

First buy a lot (maybe like 1000) pie dish and the same number pastry dough form the grand exchange. Next make pie crusts from the dough and dish. You will make about 10k gold for every 14 (half of your inventory) pie crust. This method really works!

Hiring people to get iron ore and then only pay them 25 to 50 coins is a total ripoff. The creator of this guide must think people are stupid.
Just kill cows pick up there hides get alot then go to al kaidal or how ever u spell it and make hard leather u do it next to the furnice then sell them its like 600gp each
Runecrafting is good money too and it keads to helping magic, crafting, and moneymaking there are other stats ect …. That can be helped espiacially dungeoneering but the idea is that people dont see that you get more runes per essence made if you uabe a higher lv then the original requirement people think they are losing money when runecrafting because atm 4000 rune essence is 200k when 4000 air runes are 68k but if you get 33 runecraft youll make 16000+ air runes making more money and it isnt time consuming really because, from the west bank (bank under grand exchange) in varrock from there to the air alter takes 10 seconds and you get alot of exp when runecrafting but you dont make more exp per rune made its based on amount of essence used. It has a high unavailability to f2p but it still is a pretty easy stat and in dungeoneering you make p2p runes but half the exp goes to dungeoneering at the end of the dungeon.
