How to Level: Agility

A little advice at leveling Agility in RuneScape.

Are you someone looking for a challenge? Want to amaze your friends, or get a cool skill cape which is respected by many?

Agility is one of the harder skills in Runescape to master – it requires concentration, and constant clicking! It also takes a real long time to level, with it’s max xp/hour around 65-70k experience for every hour of play. That means if you played for all 24 hours that are in a day, and didn’t sleep/eat/take a break, it would take you almost 8 days to reach 99 from level 1!!!

And that’s if your using the Dorgesh-Kaan agility course, which gives the max xp, and you have no lag, and are concentrated 100% — and you don’t fall once, which is very unlikely at Dorgesh-Kaan.

However, there are ways to make your experience training agility a little more fun. Firstly, join an agility team! This is very important – not only will you be surrounded by a great atmosphere, but the encouragement is just amazing!

Second, set daily goals for yourself! This skill is one that will get VERY old VERY fast! If you do not take at least a couple breaks a week, you’ll find yourself really struggling.

Also, use energy pots/terrorbirds/anything else to replenish your run energy! It’ll make things go a lot faster, and it won’t cost you too much!!!

Lastly, remember the cool things about reaching 99! Fast run restore, ability to use all the shortcuts in RS (even the ones they may come out with in the future), and even the ability to do that great cape emote! The cape itself is pretty cool, too.

NEVER give up when going for 99 in Runescape, and also remember it’s just a game. Don’t devote your life to it ;)
