How To Protect From Item Scamming

Are you afraid of the item scammers? Well, you can protect yourself by paying attention to some simple rules.

First of all; if someone says “I’m giving away 1000k GPs. It’s free!” you should think that it can be too good to be true so it is obviously dangerous. Think twice before you accept the trade.

Secondly; When you are trading something big, for example: You want full rune armor and your trading big money. Well rune is a high mine so maybe the trader is in the high scores. Check the high scores to have insurance.

Thirdly and most important; in the second check of trading, look if the item is still there. Also, in the second check, be sure that the item is the item you wanted because scammers sometimes change the item with fake ones or look-likes. Scammers are always trying to trick you and get your items.

By counting to five in both trading checks and looking the trading items you can be sure that it is okay or not. If it is not what you wanted, when you press accept your items will be lost. Yes even the ones in the bank. Most of the people press “accept”s too fast and don’t even look at what he/she is getting.

Once your items are gone they are gone so be careful. Being careful is the first priority of trading.
