Is Playing RuneScape Healthy?

When it comes down to the question: “is RuneScape good for me” it all depends on how good of a game you really think it is. 

If you are really addicted to the game, playing over 5 hours a day, or sneaking on constantly to play, it is probably a good idea to get involved with something other than sitting in front of the screen all day. In a way runescape promotes obesity if you are that far down the line. I admit, runescape is fun for a while but constantly playing year after year is not only bad for your eyes, it is also bad for your regular health. There are many other fun things on this world to do.

Coming from a different note, if you are semi-addicted to runescape playing 3-5 hours a day, i suggest you do some other athletic things as well. While not being as addicted to runscape as some, you never know if that could change for the worse. Again i say, that there are many other things on this world to try out besides playing video games despite how fun they may be. In my opinion playing this long is still bad for your eyes and health.

Now for the casual players who only play for about 1-3 hours a day. Even though you are probably not so addicted to runescape; like Jagex says it is probably good for you to take at least 10 minute breaks every 30 minutes you play so that your eyes dont get wasted. I know that i am repeating myself over the damaging of your eyes. Remember you only have 2 of them, you can’t get any more. People who play this long usually do other activities so if you are not involved get involved with some. Remember Runescape is meant for you to have fun not for you to work!

All of the things i have been saying are all out of opinion if you have objections i don’t mind. Just keep in mind that playing runescape affects more parts of you than you think.
