Level Requirements to Finish All Quests in RuneScape
Knowing all of the skill level requirements for all quests in Runescape would be nice if you’re attempting to finish all quests to get a quest skillcape.
Finishing a quest has become one of the best thing to do as a member in Runescape. Even if you’re doing all of the quests available in Runescape, you’ll not become bored and the final result will worth all of the hours you’ve spent on doing those quests. And the final result is the Quest Skillcape. This is the only skillcape that doesn’t require a long hours of doing a repetitive things to reach a level 99 in a particular skill.
If you’re attempting to finish all of the quests in Runescape and get a Quest Skillcape, you should know the skil level requirements to do all of those quests. Here is the complete information of all required levels to do all of those quests :
Combat :
Combat Level : 85
Required to finish Dream Mentor and Smoking Kills quest.
Combined Strength and Attack Levels : 130
This is required for While Guthix Sleeps. You could also just have level 99 in strength or attack to replace this requirement.
Attack : 40
This is required to finish TokTz-Ket-Dill quest.
Defence : 65
Required to finish the Grandmaster Quest, While Guthix Sleeps. It’s also required in King’s Ransom quest.
Strength : 69
Required to finish the new quest, Forgiveness of a Chaos Dwarf.
Hitpoints : None of the quests required specific hitpoints level.
Magic : 75
This is required to finish the Grandmaster quest, While Guthix Sleeps.
Ranged : 75
Required to finish the newest Grandmaster quest, Within the Light.
Summoning : 41
It’s required to finish The Curse of Arrav.
Other skills :
Agility : 69
This is reqired to finish the newest Grandmaster quest, Within the Light.
Construction : 50
Same as Attack, this is required to finish TokTz-Ket-Dill quest.
Cooking : 70
Required to finish Recipe for Disaster when in King Awowogei part.
Crafting : 66
Rocking Out quest required this level.
Farming : 65
Required to finish While Guthix Sleeps.
Firemaking : 61
Required to finish the new quest, Forgiveness of a Chaos Dwarf.
Fishing : 62
This is required to finish Swan Song quest by fishing a monkfish.
Fletching : 70
Required to finish the newest quest, Within The Light.
Herblore : 65
It’s required for While Guthix Sleeps quest.
Hunter : 61
This is required to finish the new quest, Forgiveness of a Chaos Dwarf.
Mining : 64
Required to finish The Curse of Arrav Quest.
Prayer : 55
Required to finish Summer’s End quest. After this quest, you’ll be able to fight level 785 Corporeal Beast.
Runecrafting : 50
Required to finish Devious Minds quest.
Slayer : 59
Required to finish Back To My Roots quest.
Smithing : 69
This is required for Rocking Out quest.
Thieving : 66
Required to finish the new quest, The Curse of Arrav.
Woodcutting : 75
It’s required to finish Within the Light, which is the newest quest in Runescape.
Final Word
As for Free Quest, all you need is to have level 10 mining for The Knight’s Sword quest. Other than that, there’s no skill requirements.
Because of the process to get a Quest Skillcape is really fun, a lot of players prefer to only have a Quest Skillcape instead of other skillcapes. Hence it’s becoming one of the most common Skillcape in Runescape. Note that this cape won’t be able to be worn if new quest is released and you haven’t finished it yet.
After finishing all Quests, you should go to Wise Old Man in Draynor Village to buy your skillcape for 99,000 coins. After that, show to all players in Runescape that you’re one of the most skilled adventurer in Runescape.

Really helpful article. I’m going for the quest cape too, but i only have 50 smithing. Can you tell me a cheap and effective way to 69 smithing?

@huzaifa : Smith cannonball (Dwarf Cannon quest required). You will gain profit instead of losing money and you’ll also get a decent amount of xp. You will even get more money if you make the steel bar by your own, which will provide you with decent smithing xp as well.

Cool Guide! Too bad I’m not a member. I’ve Already finished all F2P Quests. The only one of those Requirements that I meet is the 72 Woodcutting one. I just broke Level 85!!
Yes, Runescape F2P only provides few easy quests which can easily been done in less than 30 minutes. And they never make a new quest for F2P for years.
