Lobster Fishing in Runescape
Lobster fishing in Runescape is one of the best ways to earn money!
Requirements:
- Level 40 fishing
- Lobster pot
- 60 gp per trip (30 for members with glory amulet)
- Open inventory (except the pot and coins)
Nonmembers:
The best (and only) place to fish for lobsters for nonmembers is on Karamja. You can get there by taking the ferry for 30 gp from Port Sarim, west of Draynor Village. Once you arrive, go north to the north dock and begin fishing with your lobster pot.
Once you have a full load, take them to the bank in Draynor, or cook them and then put them in the bank. Later, when you have a lot of them, you can sell them in the bank for 250-300 gp each.
Members with a glory amulet:
Members with a glory amulet can follow the process, but use their glory amulet to teleport to Draynor instead. This can save time and 30 gp per trip. Not that you will need it with all the money you will earn from selling the lobsters!

if u r a member then y go to karajama when u can go over white wolf and fish at the bay there the bank is rly close i mean rly close, and u can fish lobbies and go big net and fish sharksthere so wat is ur point to mine huh?
karajum is not the only place to fish.in lv 30+ wildy near bounty hunter there are three lobby fishing spots
there should be a bank at karajum because that is the only place where you can fish lobbsters, swordfish and tuna for non members if you agree send me your username and pass so i can do an appeal
um yes dere shud be a bank. we should post it on the forums. rant or suggestion.. create a strike! all those up for karmajan bank for free players wear a certain type of clothing or armor

if there is going to be a bank in karamja, it would have to require to have the pirates treasure quest finished, for obvious reasons. I thihnk there should be a port sarim bank, because karamja actually has a bank, but its for members.
i fish lobbys at karamja and i think there shud be a bank there but
im ok with pay to then sarim and then just walking like 40 seconds to falador and then putting then in my bank and waking back!!!and also there is a bank on karamja in the volcano thing thats where you get the lava cape and obsidian stuff………….ive done that ahh the old days so fun in mems.(BANK IN MEMBERS SERVER)

they aren’t making a bank on karajum because they want you to become a member. If they put a bank of karajum theres 1 less reason to become member? and if they decided to put a bank on karajum where would they put it??

we shud put up a post on the forums asking jagex, that way they might actually put one on there or give us a reason y they didnt in the first place, but still, calm down guys, its a game.
Tbh guys I really want a bank on Karamja too (where the free-players can only go) but Jagex don’t give us much and they give the members so much more because they want everyone to subscribe because obviously they want to make money. I’m upgrading to members because I’ve done all of the quests and have hit a dead end, and I want more storylines in the game. But yeah in the meantime, I think there should be a bank on Karamja, but I can understand why there isn’t one there.

hi if u go to karajamba theres a cave go to the killer demons u go past them all then theres a other cave go in there and theres a bank next to fishing sharks and lobs go there
i have a faster method for non membs.
do all of the lumbridge achievement dairies,
get the explorer ring.
go 2 draynor bank get your lob pot and 30gp,
go 2 karamja fishing spot fish all lobs,
use cabbage patch tele,
walk 2 draynor bank, deposit lobs & get 30gp,
cabbage patch tele
go 2 karamja etc.. Repete process
o yah on my other comment i ment 2 say if you help me ill give some money most 10k the lowest and 30k the highest u can get 20k 10k or 30k
the best spot to fish in members i think is catherby coz its got a bank, fishing shop and its only 1min away from cammy
but in non members there is only one good fishen spot and thats at karamja but there should be A BANK THERE!!!!!!

hey everyone i bet you fishing for salmon and trout is better than fishing for lobbies but u get a lower price of course.
you could try fishin at lumbridge then cook it at the cooks assistant place or you could try fishin a barb village as said but store it at the edgeville bank
that way you train faster tahn lobbies

thers has to be a bank on karamja for freeplayers that would make it more intersting to us and it would make more money and more to us is kool so we would probably pay for MEM
the reason there is no bank on karamja is that jagex said that if u subscribe u get better ways of making money to encourage free players to become members.the only way of getting quick lobs is fishing in catherby for members.

Runescape will never put a bank in karamja as they are trying to bride players to members with their banks 5 seconds away from the shore at Catherby.

yes i agree with everyone else that there should be a bank in karamja.sinse this is the only place to fish lobbys, i think jagex should add another place in runescape to fish lobbys.and also whats the point of paying 30gp on each trip.that is just a waste of money…..

Guys i agree wit u all thazt there should be a bank on karajma but u all no as well as i do that they will never put one there beacuse the profit/prices for lobster will go dirt cheep because EVERYONE will be fishin , bankin , then prolly sellin which will cause the prices to drop because there will be so many lobster. if u want to keep fishing lobies on kajarma but u dont wanna leave the island get a person to work for u by taking ur raw lobies back to town and trade with to get them back,besides if u pay the person 1k u make 4k cuz u can sell each pack of lobie for 5k so its a good deal i have make 4 mill of of this, it works try it!!!!!!!!!!!

if ur a mem just go to catherby by buying a camelot teleport for about 800gp, then go southeast. u can fish lobbs, sharks, swordfish, tuna, oisters, treasure chests, cod… i reccomend it if u have 30 fishing. there is a bank nexto it, plus u should plant ranarrs north of the bank for more profit while u wait\\
Here are some other spots for P2P to fish for lobsters: Jatizso,(Very close to bank, almost no people.) Fishing guild,(faster than jatizso, but is sometimes crowded.) and, Catherby.(a bit close to bank, mostly crowded.) Hope this helped =)
Well quite franklee ive been tired of listning to all of you complain .So iv’e decided to talk the staff jagex creator into putting a bank in karajma! So in a week or so from now you will all be in Ecstacy they happiness….soon

Actually you get more money for raw lobsters than cooked lobsters, but if you wanna improve ur cooking then u can cook them.

By the way jagtex doesnt put a bank there because they want u to become mebers so they can get ur money
if u want xp go get 1k of feathers and start fishing in babarian village and if u need cooking xp fish the trout and salmon then run into the hel shop and theres a fire in there and just coook ur food on the fire and run bak if u dont need food then just drop it i do this when fishing there then drop everything but ur fly fishing rod and feathers and start again u can make 1400xp per inventory i got my cooking lvl up by fishing here and it is much more faster and possibly the fastest method for cooking and fishing xp except for buying raw fish off the ge which is a waste of money anyway i have 1.6 mil and i have never been member if ur anygood at combat than go bounty hunter and kill ur target with high ep or any ep it doesnt matter i got a corrupt schimi drop and sold it for 1.6 mil and i have 1 rune set and lots of other armours

yea you can just got to catherby if u r a member theres loads of lobster fishing spots on the beach and a bank right beside them its much easier and faster than going to karjama and back

guys have you heard theres a bank in karamja now. just go there they made one… not in a cave, not in draynor, not in any other city you dont even leave boat. you dont go through lessers they made 1 by the karamja general store
It is much easier to use Stiles at Karamja, he turns all your fish into notes for free
there is a deposit box near the monks of etrana or w/e its a lot quicker than traveling to draynor bank
and there are other lobster fishing places in the worlderness
Well now there is this guy that turns raw lobs, swordfishes, and tuna into notes! Ive got 417 swordfish and 26 lobs.
And now ive got 110000gp worth of swordfish AND 9000 worth of lobs
yah u only get 130 lobbys and hour just use a harpoon
