Memories of Good Old RuneScape
Remembering the good times of Runescape.
It’s just been a year or two since the jurassic change in Runescape. The changes have altered Runescape forever. Due to these large updates, many have ended up quitting the game, or declaring they are not playing or paying again until the old Runescape is returned. I have been playing runescape for around 5 years, and I will try to remember the pros and the cons.
Wilderness: Wilderness was one of the main reasons for why tons of people quitted. You were able to attack people based on your combat level, and how deep you are in wilderness. When you killed people, you got the exact items they had in their inventory at the time. I could remember the days when people always looked for people they could try to kill who were wearing rune, saradomin, zamorak, guthix, or holiday items, and tried hard to claim their items.
Combat Levels: I remember when high combat levels were so rare. If you were level 100, and wearing full rune whilst in Lumbridge, you’d have atleast 3 level 40s and under following you. They would ask for money, or say you were cool, or ask for you to add them to your friends list.
Trading: Not too long ago, there was no trade limit. People tried to sell charcoal, burnt bones, and other things for lots, just because people didn’t know they were useless. People tried to scam, like when you would put a rune sword, remove it, then immediately put an iron sword, and get paid a few thousand.
These are some things I’ve remembered. Stay tuned as I try to recall more old Runescape memories.

Omg it’s actually so sad how much time i’ve put into this game it makes me wanna cry even tho its so dum but i dont care i remember in grde 6 playing spending 2 hours a day for a month trying to get 50-60 attack tek ten1 is my account name i quitbut i go on to check once and awhile add me on msn tell me who you are li-nk-in-pa-rk@hotmail.com
i miss runescape thisminth im gonna go on and make history im gonna drop all i mean all of my 3 years work of 4mill lol and go to pete’s party place and drop it all im gonna get someone to make video add me on msn if you read this!!
