Moonwalking and Unique Dances in Runescape

Hello. In this guide you’ll learn dance moves that cannot be done with a simple emoticon alone! In fact, I think these dance moves are by far more fun to do than simple dancing.

Moonwalk:

First of all, make sure you find a door-closed building with an Npc in it. Some good examples are the guard hut by the south varrock gate and the guard hut in edgeville. Now that you have to NPC in the building and the door shut, you should be outside of the building. Again, make sure you are OUTSIDE of the building and that the npc is inside of the building with the door shut. Now:

1. Click on somewhere in the opposite direction in the building that isn’t too far away. You should still be able to see the npc.
2. Now attack/talk to the npc and you will do the moonwalk (until you turn around 5 seconds later or hit a wall, at least)!

And there you have it. There’s the moonwalk.

Invisible “Lag” Run:

This dance is basically where you “skip” areas with lightning fast speed. Well not really speed, just a kind of a lag run. There are 2 versions to this.

1. Make sure run is on. Cook some food, and when you’ve just started to cook your last item, click on somewhere in the map. Your character will then “lag run”
2. Make sure run is on. Use the “Dance” emoticon where the character sort of dances and click on somewhere in the map. Immediately after clicking somewhere on the map, minimize and maximize the runescape screen. You will experience a “teleport” dance.

Dancing in the Bars:

First of all, you should go to the varrock museum, which is the building located right by the altar where you recharge your prayer. Now, this is what you do.

1. Go up the stairs, and DON’T move!
2. Start using the Dance emoticon explained earlier.
3. Go down the stairs, and you will dance in the bars that keeps the visitors away.
4. This can also be done the opposite way.

Bonus!

Whacking someone with a weapon.

This one’s pretty easy. In fact, it’s the easiest, but you have to have a rubber chicken. It basically goes like this:

1. Wield your chicken and wack somebody.
2. Immediately after you’ve clicked on the wack option, switch to the wielded weapon you desire and you’ll wack somebody with that weapon! Yes! This works with basically anything that can be wielded!

Note that this is totally legal since I asked a player moderator and they said it is totally fine to do this.
