New Gnome Stronghold Agility Course Overview
An overview of the new Gnome Agility Course (advanced section).
Jagex has made some updates this week, pertaining to Agility.
They have “expanded” 2 of the “basic” courses, so that now, people who are advanced in the “art of agility” will find the courses useful again. These two courses are the Gnome course, and the Barbarian Outpost course. Both courses feature an “extended” segment, for advanced agilitizers, built above the normal course. The Gnome Advanced course requires 85 agility, while the Barbarian Course requires 90 agility.
The Gnome Stronghold Agility Course offers exceptional experience, much better than previous courses could ever offer. An average of 59-60k/hour can be made at this course EASILY. As well, you can get the Agile Legs/Skirt after completing 250 laps around this course (the advanced segment).

This course is recommended to anyone above 87 agility! You stop failing obstacles on the advanced section of the course at level 89+. Good luck!
