New Potions Released in RuneScape

In the first days of October (2009) Jagex has been updating the herblore skill and created some new potions. All of them are untradable, so they encaughing us to train Herblore.

The new potions are:

• Recover Special: requires 84 herblore levels to create. A Recover-Special potion gives 25% special attack energy. It can be used once each a half minute. The steps of creating: create a super restore potion and add papaya fruit.
• Super Antifire: requires 85 herblore levels. This is a very effective potion allowing players to kill dragons with two-handed weapons, e.g. godswords or saradomin sword. To make one you need a normal Antifire potion and you have to add a Phoenix feather. This can be obtained by killing Phoenixes on Entrana. To pick up them you have to wear a pair of ice gloves. (dropped by the Ice Queen)
• Extreme Attack: requires 88 herblore levels to create. It gives 5-26 Attack levels. The best attack-boosting item in the game. Simply mix a Super-Attack potion with an Avantoe.
• Extreme Strength: requires 89 herblore, you have to mix a super-strength potion with Dwarf weed. It boosts your Strenght level by 5-26 temporarely.
• Extreme Defence: requires 90 herblore, you have to mix a super-defence potion with Lantadyme. It boosts your Defence level by 5-26 temporarely.
• Extreme Magic: requires 91 herblore, you have to mix a magic potion with some mud rune dust. You can obtain mud dust by using a pestle on a mud rune. It boosts your Magic level by 5-26 temporarely.
• Extreme Ranging: requires 92 herblore, you have to mix a ranged potion with 5 grenwall spikes (obtained using your hunter skill). It boosts your Ranged level by 4-23 temporarely. The most effective ranged-boosting item in RuneScape currently.
• Super Prayer: requires 94 herblore, you have to mix a regular prayer potion with Wyvern bonemeal. It restores up to 41 prayer points (at least 7).

The overload potion

This new potion mixes the effect of 5 “extreme” potions but it drains 50 hitpoins each dose, so combining with some food strongly recommended. Players can create overload potions at level 96 herblore or more. There is an extreme attack, strength, defence, ranging, magic potions and a Torstol weed needed.
