PKing: Melee Guide

What

To Pk in the Member world you need at least 2-3mill and to not be afraid to lose 200k fairly often. Of course when you get the hang of it and find strategies you will be earning millions instead of losing money. This guide is for 75+ players.

Where

I recommend using the plus 1 bounty world because there are targets and you can use an expensive item like a whip etc. If you can’t afford that then definitely go with the regular bounty world or pvp worlds to not have to face people with better weapons.

How

There are several methods to pk for melee players. First a very popular method is to use a dragon scimitar or whip with a dragon dagger. This can be very effective but the dragon dagger is very inacurate and rarely hits k0 hits. The Second method is to use a Saradomin sword. It is fairly expensive but is a treat because of it’s special which can deal up to 18 more damage then your max hit. The third and final method is to use a Dragon Scimitar and a godsword or the claws. This is by far the most deadly method because you can easilly K0 the player when he has even half health with the claws or a godsword. Some players choose to stick with the just the godsword but I find that making a surprise attack is more effective. Always have sharks, super set and tele runes just in case in your inventory. Wear rune plate and legs and A helm of neitiznot or Berzerker helmet, a combat bracelet (can teleport to monastary) or barrows gloves (more expensive, more strength bonus), strength ammulet, recoil ring or ring of life, team cape, climbing boots and a defender if weilding a whip or dragon scimitar. Start by attacking the player. Then you can choose to use your special when has 2/3 health gonbe or wait till he has under 10 health. The advantage of the 2/3 health is that he will not eat and should have only 30-40 health. Of course if the player has under 10 health and eats a shark he will certainly have under 30 health.

If you have Dragon claws there is also an option of Pjing lower level players. To do this get 82 mage and have ancient magicks. Then go to the wilderness volcano and go in. Then cast ice blitz and claw lower level players. They cannot teleport since it is over level 20 and they cannot move.
