I will tell you what a Runescape Private server is.
A Runescape Private server or RSPS is a Runescape like game that has commands and/or faster Exp. People make these servers by downloading a source. which becomes the base of the game. They can then edit the source allowing them to make commands or edit where npcs are and how much exp 1 hit gives and things like that.
If you are thinking about making a RSPS Don’t as they are highly illegal. and you can be sued by Jagex for owning one.
