Ok So Before You Can Level Herblore Lets Get Some Things Out:

To Begin Herblore You Need To Finish Druidic Ritual, Finishing It Will Give You Level 3 Herblore,

There Are Always 3 Items (Depends On What You Make) Which Are:

Vial of Water

Herb (Depending On What Potion Your Making)

And Finally A Random Second Ingredient (Herbs Being The First)

How To Obtain The Items,

Vials:

-Buy From Players Or Grand Exchange

-Buy Them From a Store:

Lighthouse, Razimire Generald Store, Sigmud The Merchant, etc etc

-Get Empty Vials And Fill Them:

Good Places To Fill Vials…Falador West Bank Above the Barber Water Pump, MoonClan Isle, Catherby, Alkharid Varrock East Bank, And Many More.

Time For Herbs ,

-Grand Exchange Or Players

-Farming Them

-Killing Salarin The Twisted

-Killing Chaos Druids

-Using Macaw’s Herbcall

-Playing Sorcesseress’s Garden Minigame
