21-60

you can either mine iron and bank it still southeast of varrock or go to al kharid and powermine (when you get full inventory drop all ores and repeat it till 60).When you get 40 buy a rune pick axe

60-99

Now it’s the time you will get a lot of money.Go to the mining guild at falador and start mining coal and bank it .You will get 40m+ profit from this

congratulations you got 99 now go talk to dwarf in mining guild entrance and show your new cape to all people =)
