RuneScape Adventure Log

A week ago Jagex made the adventure log.

The adventure log is for members only. For the people who don’t know what it is this is the perfect article for you. The adventure log is a page where it tells everything about your account.

It tells you everything such as, the quest you have completed, quest you haven’t completed, your levels for every skill even if it is unranked, your recent activity on runescape, such as what levels you have gained, and the best part about the adventure log is, it tells you how long you have played on runescape. It i counts every second you have been on and adds it all up so that it can be converted to minutes and hours. So, say you have played for 10 minutes for each of 6 days, the adventure log would say that you played for an hour. It’s pretty cool.

The reason I like this feature of the adventure log is because i can see how close i am to getting level 99 for each skill. I have read somewhere on the Runescape homepage a few months ago that it takes about 2000 hours to “finish” the game. “Finish” as in level 99 in all skills and all quest finished. This was a pretty good chunk of information for me even though I know it would take a lot longer than 2000 hours. You could probably “finish” the game in 2000 hours if you actually train every time you were on, but if you are like me you probably spend a lot of time walking around the Runescape world. I think it takes more like 2,500 hours to “finish” the game.

The adventures log currently tells me that i have played for 5 days(120 hours).

It does not make me sad to know that i am no where near “finishing” the game because now i know I’m not addicted to the game and i don’t play more than i should. It is okay to play the game, but don’t play it everyday, it’s unhealthy.

OK, now I’m going to tell you how to get to the adventures log, but if you are not a member you can’t do it because it is a member’s only feature. Oh… sorry you can still use it to check other players who are members.

First, go to the RuneScape homepage and hover over community. You will see Forums. Click on Forums.

Secondly, scroll down and find Recent Updates. Then click on it.

Next, you will see a list of links to forum discussions. The very first one should be Adventurer’s Log (BETA). Click on it and you will see the discussion.

Mod Seb should have posted the link to adventurer log. Click on it and BAM!, you can start searching for players to see their account history.

Enjoy stalking Runescape player’s accounts. :)

On yeah and you didn’t have to all that lol. Here’s the link.
