The Trip There
There are many ways to get there. All options are shown below:

When at Barrows, make sure you have everything, I myself have forgotten my spade on many occassions!
If you forgot something go to Burgh de Rott bank (if you have finished In Aid of the Myreque), if you have not completed the quest, you must head back!
The Strategy

When I do Barrows I always target Dharok first. He is the most dangerous! If your protect from melee is off, he will hit you for large amounts of damage at low health! Kill him and move on to Veracs. Many people claim that protect from melee doesn’t work against him, but it does. If your prayer is off, he will hit you more often, so turn it on. You may realise that a face pops up while you are fighting. This is draining your prayer, so please constantly restore your health. Next go to Guthans and again turn on pro melee. Then go to Torag and do the same thing. Next equip equip your range armour and weapons (and bolts) and go down to Ahrim. Then change your gear to melee and fight Karil. If you see the tunnel at any point during that, don’t enter ans leave to face the next guy.

The Tunnels

The first thing you do in the tunnels is to run around through every single door hoping to get a puzzle. Joking! When you appear, run around and stay close to the middle of the “maze”. The doors will be all locked except one. My technique is to stand next to the door closest to the middle and look around to see which of the other doors is open. When you find which one is opened, you will then know which direction to go to.
While you are running, you may encounter one of the brothers, if you do, don’t panic. Turn on prayer and start to fight. When you kill him go to the door. When you reach the door, you will meet a puzzle. When the puzzle appears, quickly click the right answer and go through if you take too long, the puzzle will disappear as a crypt monster will attack you. If you click the wrong answer, another door will unlock and you will try again.

If you did not fight your brother before in the tunnels, you will fight him at the rewards chest. Search the rewards chest and click on your house teleport, ectophial or other teleports. Or you could run out.
My Strategy in the Tunnels
When I get to the rewards chest, I fight my brother (if I didn’t do so before) but I don’t search the chest yet. On the bottom of your screen, you should see you kill count. Everything you kill goes to your kill count. The kill count allows you to get more from the rewards chests. So I kill about 14 crypt monsters before I search the chest. If you want to kill less, that’s your choice. My method of doing this is to go back through the door you came through ans fight the monster that appears. Then go back in.

Rewards
The reward is based on your kill count. The Barrow armour chance depends on if you kill all the brothers or not. The other rewards depends on your kill count. Other rewards includes: dragon medium helm, half of keys, bolts racks, mind, chaos, death and blood runes and coins.

Hope this was useful to you,
