Runescape Cooking Guide
One of the fastest Runescape lvl up methods for F2P.
Cooking is one of the most important skills used in Runescape. There will always be a market for lobbs, sharks, monks and some other foods since most people want to get there lvls up and other pkers just don’t want to die. There are various ways to raise your cooking. Theres f2p and members. I’m only going to talk about f2p since I found out a really good way to do it. There are two low lvl cooking styles as well. Fished and hunted. Fish=non-combat, hunted (cows, chickens, etc)=combat.
First kill cows, chickens, rats, or bears. When your low on health go and cook the meat over a fire (after you light a log or use on a range). You should start with chickens and keep the feathers for later cooking lvls (if you fish your own trout and salmon(20+fishing)) After chickens kill rats or cows, I advise cows since you can either sell or craft the cow hide(100ea, or 150ea tanned into hard leather).
After the cows you should keep cooking until about 30 cooking. Get your fishing to 20+ and get a fly fishing rod and the feathers you got from chicken killing. Go to Barbarian village and fly fish until you get a full load of fish. Go to the Helmet hut and use your fish on the everlasting fire. Drop, trade to beggers, or bank in edgeville. continue this until you have either 60 cooking or out of feathers. If you are out of feathers collect them from chickens and cook the raw chicken.
At 60 cooking get about 200 regular or oak logs(noted), a tinderbox and about 100k. Take this to the general store in Karamja. Open up the trade menu with the general store owner. You should see a lot of raw tuna and very little cooked. First sell 1 log to the general store and buy it back unnoted. Then buy a full inventory of tuna. Light the log, cook the tuna and then sell the tuna back to the store. Repeat. Always have all chat and trade menus off. That means that public, private, and trade are all set to off.
You should gain lvls very quickly with this method and should be able to stay there for a very long time. Stop buying Tuna when there is only about 30-40 left. The price will jump really big and you will lose a lot of money because of this. World Hop when this happens. Try to stay on busy worlds.

i thik its alright but its a bite long when u can buy fish from ge and cook them and sell them back
the best way is trout cause its cheap i got 60 cooking from it and pking food from harpooning
yes i play runescape this guide is very smart i used to fish salmon then just cook them but now im gaining many lvls a day ty for the guide keep up the good work =)

40-70:trouts—>u will burn trouts from lvl 40-49 cooking, and will stop burning at 50 cook
Trouts are cheap and you won’t lose much…and sometimes u earn!!!
raw trouts: market price range from 28-32 gp
trouts:31 gp
1k trouts could be sold in max 15 min
try it!
you could comtinue it till lvl 75 cook if ur poor
70-80 or (85 if ur poor) tunas
80-97 cook::::lobsters
97-99:swordies
that is one of the best stratigies for da game and gettin ur lvls up & thanx for that rune gold trm its gottn my lvls real high now i went from lvl 60 to 147

First Go To The GE and buy 6 eggs and 6 buckets of milk.
Take that and 6 pots and 3 cake tins to the guild.
Get 6 wheat behind the guild. Make the wheat into flour.
Now Go up and combine the stuff to make cakes.
If you want to get 30xp and a better sell-back value, add some choc. Sell back for some profit, and some good xp.
im getting 99 cooking bets way ive found members way is get cooking gauntlets family crest quest and at 68+ cooking you wont burn lobsters from 70 to 99 if you get 6 mill spend all on lobsters cook sell use money to get more repet tell all of your money is gone should have 99 cooking or almost 99 cooking if you dont have it you wont be far off 99 if i got it right like use rune hq chek how many lobsters it will take look in ge to see how much it will cost for raw lobies will be about 27 mill for 102k lobies this from 70 to 99 then if ya sell the all back cooked it will be 21mill sso lose like 6 mill all together so if you have around 6 mill you are almost there
Go to A populated world say world 1 then go to the fishing spot in the barbarian village state “Need Raws” and someone will always give you. There is always fire there so you dont need to bring anything Its Because that spot is a training spot for cooking and fishing and someone always says Giving away cooked fish or raw fish there HOPE THIS HELPS

thats a horrible method
go to mid lvl wildy and in bandit camp u will see a food store… buy the tons of pizza paste for only 4 gp!!!!!!! (bout 500 in ge) then cheese and tomato is also dropped right there (free) so use it and make a pizza, also conveinetly there is a oven right there.. this is the efficet and ive never heard of any1 doing it… i went from lvls 35-60 doing it! good luck… hint: look for fat tony
if ur rich buy heaps of tuna cook it and sell thats how i advanced 23 lvls in 1 day!
thats a noob guide i tell u how to make 99 cooking in about 3 weeks(starting from lvl 5o).
First: buy 20k of jugs and 20k of grapes in ge.
Second: Fill up the jugs with water
Third: Go to a bank and make wine until u got lvl 99(it works cuz i have 99 cooking thanks to this guide)!!!

If u want cookin lvls go to shilo village thn fly fish. after go to edgeville and cook ur fish (range is really near bank). after go underwall tunnel to GE if u sell at mid price u wil easily get the money back u spent on feathers for fishin. This mite be quite slow but u get ur money back. 3.5k feathers bout 50kgp. 200 cooked salmon almost 25k gp
