Frost Bosses

Gluttonous Behemouth

The gluttonous was the first I personally killed first. I am one of the first people to kill this boss (logging on as soon as the new skill came). This boss seems impossible to kill with large amounts of health and the ability to heal. When killing him, use protect mage if wearing melee or ranged armour, otherwise, use protect melee. This takes away a lot of the damage dealt. When he is on half health, he will start to feast on the carcass(es) next him healing incredibly fast. This can be stopped simply by standing in front of the carcass(es). This way, he cannot heal while you are there.

I have also discovered that he does not heal if you are not in the room. So using a gatestone against him is very handy when soloing him. If soloing him, he may be too hard to kill and you may need to result to large quantities of gatestones. He seems to be weak to stab attacks and crush attacks.

Astea Frostweb

This boss is probably the most annoying boss in this area. She has the ability to use protects and summon ice spiders. When you fight her, use protect magic and only use multiple styles if you are not very sure if you can kill her. She is pretty easy to kill using stab or ranged attacks. If you are soloing, you can easily melee her with a stab weapon and attack her while she is not using protect melee. The spiders she summons should not be attacked unless you are frozen (in which you can attack the spiders twice and then move towards her) or she has protect melee on as the spiders die after a certain amount of time. She usually swaps her protect every 25 seconds.
