RuneScape – Fastest, Cheapest, Funnest Exp in The Game!

Ok so first you will need alot of runes (if you want to train mage) alot of bronze or iron arrows (if you want to train range).

Next you will need to go to the duel arena located in al-karid.

Now start requesting friendly duels on people your level

or you can do some staking and make money while training.

but you get all your arrows back and im not sure if you get runes back or not? idk

but my friend who is a lvl 55 str pure gets around 100k exp an hour! and it fun.

this is also great for lower levels.
