It will take 5-10 hours to get upto level 66

once at level 66 you will begin getting about 70k

it should be at the most 178 hours from 66-99. With xp going as high as 100k per hour you will average to about 147 hours from 66-99.

147 hours + 10, is 7 days! Thats playing 24/7

if you played 10 hours a day (1pm-10pm): it would take 15 days!

BONUS

if you have the full master runecrafters set you will get 2.5 more xp! so you will get upto 200k per hour making the time it takes to get 99 cut in half. THATS 3 DAYS!
