Party hats in runescape are in Very low Demand but Why ? its because of the Huge amount of Money needed to buy them … and yet we see many players walking around with them , but how do they make there money ? and would people really give Free Party hats way for Free ? No They wouldn’t NEVER Trust anybody giving away Free party hats because they JUST want Free Views From Triond so they can buy membership with there poor old level 30 account . People will never give away Party hats Never ! Why ? Because there way to Expensive … People say Party hats were Free in 2003 and Very cheap Yes this is True because they were untreatable and people thought they weren’t to much of a Great item remember then the Banks were very small therefore people wouldn’t want to hold extra Junk . Its like having a Event Cracker … people don’t want it they Destroy it. but they Fact is not many People KEPT there party hats in 2003 , therefore came extremely expensive so Anybody who has a Party hat around 2011 has worked hard to get it. 1.8b is a lot of money in real $ for someone to buy online i must say , therefore anybody saying there giving a Free Party hats on Triond don’t believe them its a Fake just look at the Value ! Free Dragon claws maybe Believable but a Party hat ?
