RuneScape: Goals for PKing and Pures

Everyone wants there pure to be the best and get noticed in videos or by random people.  The goals I will explain are very blunt.  

First Off:

Your pure, whether it is 1 Defense or 70 Defense, should be able to kill the majority of other players (With the exception of level 99 Defense or higher Defense).  A goal is to focus on mastering one stat higher than any regular player on your level.  Once your pure can kill the majority of players, you should look at these goals.

Goals:

• Be “honorable” while PK.  When attacking a player, don’t “safe”(eat too much), make it fair.  Usually people don’t heal until below 20-30, but i mean if they have an AGS or Dharok’s i guess there should be an exception.  If you are scared to lose your stuff PK then my advice is don’t PK.
• Don’t Run.  Running away from a fight is not really fair.  Death match means fighting until one person dies, otherwise its just wasting food.
• Try to make a kill before your target reaches you.  Usually Ice Blitz, Ice Barrage, or Entangle can help you keep them from running from a fight.  Use combos such as Ice Blitz and Dark Bow special to make an instant kill or you can try Vengeance and Dark Bow special, but they would have to hit you.  Freezing them with ancients is a good way to kill them but they could also teleport away.
• Don’t kill if they aren’t risking.  If they aren’t risking enough for you to get anything it’s pretty useless to kill them and it really pisses the other player off.
• Use protection prayers after a kill.  If you kill someone put on protection from melee if you have it to reduce the chance of getting PJ.
• Don’t PJ(People Jacking).  Don’t try to kill someone after they have just killed their target.  It is best to ask for a fight but if u wanna kill people doing the 26k/76k trick, its all you.  In my opinion people tricking are my favorite targets but if you wanna have mercy, go ahead.
