RuneScape Guide: 1-99 Attack, Strength, Defense

Hey guys today I am going to be telling you how to get your attack from 1-99, this can be used for strength and defense I am just using attack as an example.. anyways…
Lets Begin..

From level 1-5 train on chickens by lumbrigde, they are quick and easy to kill…

Once you have hit 5 go to the cows right opposite the chickens.. here train from 6-12.

After this go to the unicorns by the barbarian village, here train from 13-20.

Now go to varrock and train on the guards just outside.. they are about level 20s.. here train from 21-35

After your done here go to the G.E and buy the brass key and head over to the hill giants which is east by the river, you will see a room where there is a ladder go down there and you should find the hill giants. You should train here from 36-44, you can also pick up there bones and bury them this will help with prayer xp..

Now for 45-54 train on the white knights located at falador white knight castle. You should bring some food with you just in case they hit you high or they nearly kill you, its better to be safe than not be safe and lose everything.

Once you’ve hit 54 train from 55-62 head over to barbarian village and go down that crack, go to the second level and look for a monster called the flesh crawler.. these are very good for xp, you crit them, they spawn fast and there are loads of them.

From level 63-70 stay in that crack were you were training on flesh crawlers but this time go down one more floor, here it will be all green and you should go find the giant spiders… they are red. They give good xp, they barley hit on you and you can level fast.

From 70-80 go to karamja and train on lesser demons, once you have done this head over to the blue dragons, these dragons are strong I advise you to take the dragon shield also get buy some food off the G.E just in case.. Train on the blue dragons from 80-99!!

There we go this is my Guide on how to get 99 Attack/strength/defence!!!

Great Guide! If You Can’t Get Members, Then Just Stay At Lessers Till 99.

It’s a nice guide, good job. I would reccomend rock crabs as a good source of experience for pay to play members. Their level is low and they are very weak, however they have a high ammount of HP. They will also agro you, no matter what your level is, so less clicking is involved.

A good spot to fight them is North-East of Relleka. I personally reached my attack/strength/defence levels to 70, fighting them.

@Sammmmmmy If you’re free to play, I would reccomend a rune scimitar once you reach level 40 attack, and stick with it. It’s got a fast attack speed and does relativly good damage. It’s quite possibly the best choice of weapon for a f2p player.

As for members. For people with a relativly low ammount of money, I would reccomend using a dragon scimitar or abyssal whip when you reach the required levels to use them. (The quest ‘Monkey Madness’ needs to be completed in order to wield a dragon scimitar). One downfall for the whip however is that it has no attack option for raising strength. (Except for ‘controlled’, which will only give you 1/3 of the regular strength exp.)

market values for the whip right now range from 2.9 to 3.1mil, so if that’s a bit much for you, the dragon scimitar may be for you, with an average price of around 200k.

Hi this is a good guide, but bandits are good until 99, blue dragons are a little tough. On my main i got 99 str on ice warriors in the blurite mine.

and also, monkey madness is not tough as many people say it is, for strength training i would use a dragon scimitar, and for attack and defence an abyssal whip. These are what i use.
