RuneScape Guide for 99 Fishing

Fishing is unfortunately a slow skill compared to other skills. Also, it’s not good for making money, so don’t think you’ll get rich quick with this skill. There’s only 2 ways to train fishing that I find effective.

Baxtorian Falls

Here you will be fly fishing for trout and salmon. The fishing spots are located west of fishing guild and south of Barbarian Assault. The method of banking will be once you have a full inventory go north a bit until you see a NPC by the name of Rasolo. Trade with him and sell all your fish. Run back south and continue to fish. Drop the money if you want to make more room for fishing. This Place is better to train at the Shilo Village and this place doesn’t even require a quest to access. The average experience per/hour here is around 40k.

Barbarian Rod Method

This is the best place in the game to get the fastest experience at. You do not require a quest for here but you do need to go through the Barbarian Training by talking to Otto Godblessed. Go here for a guide on Barbarian Training: http://www.zybez.net/misc.php?id=72&runescape_barbariantraining.htm After Otto teaches you how to use the barbarian rod head over to the fishing spots north of his build and start fishing. *You must have the barbarian rod at all times, and you can use fishing bait and feathers as lure.* The method of banking for here is to have equipped a ring of dueling and games necklace and once your inventory is full rub the duel ring and teleport to castle wars and bank there. After you bank rub the games necklace and run south to the fishing spots and repeat. *Make sure you have a good amount of ring of dueling and game necklaces bank* Doing this is 45k experience per/hour. *50k if you use Terrorbird, 52k, if you use Tortoise, 55k, if you use Packyak*
