RuneScape Guide to F2P Pures
Everything you need to know about training a F2P strength pure.
I’ll save background and history of the pure for another article. This one will be straight to the point.
Tutorial
Get through the tutorial as quickly as possible. It’s much less tedious to worry about levels elsewhere. When you finish the tutorial, keep your food.
Attack and Strength levels 1-20, plus money making
Head over to one of the chicken farms near Lumbridge. Kill chickens till you have anywhere between 5 and 20 attack and strength. Do not train defence, unless you want to make a black pure. In this case, train it to 10. Pick up every last feather you see. If you want to train prayer (contrary to what people say, I find protection prayers VERY useful for a pure), bury the bones, too. Go to the Grand Exchange and sell your feathers. With this money, buy 25 trout and weapon/armor upgrades. Go through the Stronghold of Security, beneath Barbarian Village, and receive the 10k reward. This will give you enough money to hold you over for a while.
Attack and Strength levels 21-40
When you get to this point, you can do a couple different things. If you desire to make more money, head over to the cow field near the gnomecopters, north of Lumbridge. Kill these, picking up all of the cowhides and putting them in the nearby deposit boxes. By the time you have 40 attach and strength, you’ll have enough money for a rune scimitar. If you want to train ranged along with attack and strength, kill minotaurs in the Stronghold of Security. These drop oodles of iron arrows. If you ever need food, go to the Barbarian Village fishing spot on a busy server. There are people there who are more than willing to give you cooked fish.
Strength level 40+
Until you have insanely high strength, don’t train attack past 40. The fastest experience for a pure with 40 attack is to train at the flesh crawlers, level 2 of the Stronghold; however, if you have 1 defence, you will go through food fairly quickly. If you have a decent food supply, this is your best bet. If you are patient, kebabs have a wonderful healing-to-price ratio. These are bought in Al-Kharid. I would consider it acceptable to resume attack training after your strength level has reached 80. It’s long and tedious, but don’t give up. Good luck!

not a very good way to train for a f2p pker, just make yourself mem and dont p2p pk
at low levels you only need 5 food for stronghold of secruity anyway.. level 2 men drop ranarrs – 10k each in p2p, try that? after that, and your hp is higher, got more cash, go to druids, then pk alot
and if you cant afford members at any level, then i feel sorry for you
