RuneScape is on Its Way Out..
The world famous game Runescape is wearing down it’s impact on the world. Its on the way out…
Runescape has been around for quite some time now, and it is starting to wear out. Because Runescape has been around for so long no matter how much Jagex updates it people are starting to get bored with it and moving on. The level grinding has put a lot of people off Runescape, thus a lot of players have quit it.
At the moment Runescape isn’t cool amongst various communities of people who used to play it. This has an effect on the rest of Runescape’s players. If a group of ten people think Runescape is uncool and if you play it your nerdy, then some others might get put off it, so they quit. Then because all their friends quit, others start quitting as well, so it has a rippling effect.
All it takes is a group of ten or so people to decide Runescape is cool again and start playing it. Then others will catch on and start playing it as well. Then all of a sudden Runescape is cool again! Its happened before, but will Runescape come back in again? Runescape might not bounce back this time…

Well explained, though I know nothing about the game.
Mostly likey the clans in the game is where this will definitly fall under. Clans act just like guilds and when one person mentions of leaving or leaves that is a very respected player, then his friends might tag along with him on leaving. I try to keep things togther but people do get bored on the constant grinding of skills in the game. I do believe that jagex will implement something in the future that will bring it’s players back, but for now it may look like that way.
Either that, or Jagex will adapt their game to younger players, that are starting to play now…
Runescape isn’t going down…according to zybez, about 893 people join runescape per day…so, for example, if zezima quits, there would be alot of “No zezima! dont leave!!! plz v love u!!!” and stuff…but think abt it,will u quit just because zezima did?

New skill will bring everyone back.
No way Runescape is on its way out. The way it constantly evolves it will be around for a long time yet. Anyone who thinks differently has not played the game to the full.
It sounds like the author is describing something that might happen in grade school – a circle of friends decide to stop playing because the “alpha male” of the group loses interest and stops playing.
He doesn’t want to be the odd one out so he tries to get his friends to join him by making them feel like the odd ones out instead, claiming that his opinion is shared by the majority even if there is nothing to back that claim up.
In situations like these you can either choose to continue doing what you enjoy, secure in your opinions or you can join your friends who feel that they need to validate their choices by making the people around them do the same thing they do.
Lol yes, this does happen quite a bit though. In my school people say things like:
Oh my god do you still play Runescape?
Runescape’s gay only nerds play it…
So among a lot of people Runescape has become “uncool” at my school lol…
