Possible uses:
1. Player killing: This weapon hits amazingly high and is one of the fastest in the game.If you have 70 attack and a good strength level then you should use this. But it cost over 1 million coins so you should probably use the protect item prayer.
2. Special attack: The abyssal whip does have a special attack which has a slight increase in hitting,also it will drain a percentage of the other players run energy and will transfer it to yours. This does not work on monsters, it is not recommended to be used when player killing but if you need to slow down a chase go for it.
3. This weapon can only train defence and attack, the second type of attack(there is no fourth) is controlled(trains all combat types).
Note: If you are a pure and have just finished training strength check the attack type before using the whip it could make your defence increase!!!

im a pure with 20 def. i have 71 str and 70 attack. what would i hit and could i train str with the whip?
