RuneScape Magic Guide
This guide will teach how to get to level 99 in magic probably at the fastest rate for f2p.
It will involve the equipment of the full Magic Set (VERY CHEAP) all the staves, and a wanting for level 99 magic.
Lvl 1-17 Well, obviously you have to get the worst spell in Runescape, Wind Strike. Get the runes required (a.k.a mind runes: get a lot of mind runes as they will be used until about level 17.) Fight cows. They drop just enough stuff to sell for enough runes. Keep battling cows, and use the best spell you possibly can. (up to fire strike)
Lvl 18-35 You will want to have some chaos runes, since you will want to use the runes until level 35. Battle the guards at Varrock. They’re weak to magic, so the damage is boosted for more exp. After you reach level 35, you can choose to stay at Varrock (Or any other place that has guards) OR go to the Fist of Guthix Minigame.
Lvl 36-59 If you choose to stay at Varrock, it is a very costly option. Getting more chaos runes, and even death runes. Keep training, and use the best spell you possibly can. If you choose to go to the Fist of Guthix, go to the fullest world you possibly can. After you reach the fist of guthix, you might be introduced to Fiara (If you haven’t gone before). After you enter the waiting room, you will receive free runes. Equip your staff, and when you actually enter the game set the spell you want with the staff. Then, you can train, free of charge!!!!!! Although the experience is cut in half, this method proves very useful to people with low amounts of money.
Lvl 60-99 Same two options. I’m not sure, but you might want to try fire wave. If it works, Hurrah! If it doesn’t, then oh well….. anyways, keep training like this. It might take weeks, even months at most. Still, you’ll need lots of strong wanting, and an ambition for getting there. Zezima did it, so can you!!!!

Yes, the fist of Guthix is for P2P and F2P. It’s located in about lvl 7 wilderness. Check the world map, and you should see a red thing near the wilderness ditch. That’s the fist of Guthix.
Two things:
-Why in the world would you want 99 mage in f2p?
-Doesn’t high alch work?
Fist of Guthix is very poor experience, since your target is running away from you, and you only get half of the time to attack.
Of course high alch works, just that it’s more expensive than most options. Fist of Guthix is there only for the people who aren’t as rich as some. Think about it- although you get half the experience, you can use free runes.
