RuneScape Merchanting Guide

This guide will teach you how to merchant more efficiently using the grand exchange. To better merchant you must understand the trends. But first you must have at least 1mil to merchant with if you want to be successful in this trade.

Trends:

rares go up for the most part

ores and bars typically go up in price (iron ore more expensive than coal on 3/8/10)

armour and weapons typically go down in price

keys go up in price

potions go up in price

runes go down in price, some exceptions

rune and pure essence are very volatile so do not merchant this as their are clans that do this

Once you understand these trends, you will know when to buy and sell things. Always buy at the minimal price and sell at the maximum price. Sell in bulks, so you have more space. Buy in bulks as well. Be patient, as it take weeks before you buy or sell something. It will be worth it at the end.

Also, do not be afraid to spend all your money on merchanting. It will pay off in the end.
