RuneScape Money Making

Lately i have seen many people misinforming others about easy ways to make money in runescape. I have been playing runescape for several years now and would like to convey a clear message. Although there may be techniques for quick money temporarily, jagex always fixes these. You best bet is in advancing significantly in a skill. I have done this and can make over 200000 an hour simply by mining.

When chosing a skill to train, there are several simple questions to ask yourself. These include:

1. How much will the product sell for?

2. Is there a bank near where i am getting my product from?

3. How much does it cost to have the equipment for this skill?

4. How long will it take for me to reach a significant enough level?

5. Can i tie this skill in with any other skill to utilize it more?

and finally

6. Who will want my product, and what for?

Two occupations that have proven to be useful to me are mining and woodcutting. Yews take hardly any time to cut with a high enough level, and ores tend to sell for a lot.
