Many people freak out about fighting a level 195 Jungle Demon that can hit 32 and mage and range. It was very nerve racking when I was only level 60 something! But in the end, I pwned it! Here is how.
When I was going to kill the Jungle Demon for the very first time, I was scared that I was going to die. I searched the Internet to try to find the ’safe’ method to kill him. I found it. The fool-proof way (unless you are stupid enough to screw it up)! Here is how.
The Preparation
Before you kill it, you have to get prepared. Melee was not an option as many people I knew who tried, died multiple times before succeeding. So I decided to range it as my range was decent (level 50 or something). I started to buy the gear. I brought prayer potions, ranging potions, a bow, a lot of arrows, an in case teleport, some food, and some range armour. I was ready.
The Killing
I turned off auto-retaliate, drank a raging potion and turned on my protect from magic. I then used my sigil and started to attack the demon. It wasn’t difficult but it was annoying as I couldn’t see the demon’s health bar. It took at least 10 minutes before killing it, but it was worth it, not even a scratch
The Method
The method is easy. Stand in the spot you teleported to and keep attacking with range. The demon will only mage you are won’t go up to melee you! Just stay calm and drink prayer potion when your prayer gets low. Then keep waiting until you kill it. The gnomes do help you a lot though.
And then you go to to the king and finish the quest!
