RuneScape: Pking Changes Bring Chaos?

The changes included, disabling the protect item prayer(BIG), increasing the members risk value to 75k(losing and risking), and upon entering a pvp/bh world everyone will now be skulled, constantly.

These changes, most notably the protect item prayer change, have caused a massive drop in prices of some commonly used high value pvp items, such as dragon claws, and god swords. These items have began to plummet…seeing as there main uses were in pvp and considering there value nobody will be willing to risk losing that much money, so the demand drops drastically and suddenly everyone is pleading for someone to buy or take the item of their hands with some junk.

Also, with these changes, players have begun to leave the game entirely, some throwing massive drop partys in the seers village and falador party rooms, I’ve attended many already, and managed to escape with some decent loot.  There’s even more parties ahead though, get to the nearest party room and check for yourself every now and then for the next few days.

In conclusion, I feel these update was a mistake and runescape will lose some great players and gain very little in the process. As always though, the dedicated few will push on and make the best of it…Hopes to better days for the future of runescape!
