RuneScape Quest Guide: Demon Slayer

Level of Difficulty: Novice

Length of Quest: Medium

Requirements: Be able to defeat a level 27 demon

Items Needed to complete the quest: 25 bones and 1 coin

Start Point: Gypsy Aris in the pink tent near the center of Varrock

To start the quest speak to the Gypsy Aris. Ask for your fortune and she will ask for the 1 coin. She will say she sees you fighting the demon Delrith. She says that wizards are bringing him back and you must kill him. She will tell you how Wally kill Delrith with the sword Silverlight and an incantation. When she tells you the incantation remember it because you need it to complete the quest. You now need to talk to Sir Prysin, a knight in the castle north of the tent. Sir Prysin will tell you that the chest that holds the sword needs three keys held by three people to be opened. One key was given to Captain Rovin, the wizard Trailborne, and Sir Prysin himself. When you ask for his key he says he dropped it down the drain in the kitchen (klutz). Grab a bucket from upstairs and take it to the kitchen in the northeast corner of the castle. Fill the bucket with water from the sink and go outside through the door in the kitchen and dump the water down the drain to flush the key down into the sewers (gross). Walk out the east side of the castle and go down the manhole into the sewers. Once you arrive go northwest to find the key in a corner. Now go to talk to Captain Rovin in the Northwest Tower of the castle. After talking for a while he will give the key to you (too easy). Now head to Wizard’s Tower and talk to Wizard Trailborne while you have your 25 bones. Hand over the bones and he will give you the key. Take the keys back to Sir Prysin aka Sir Klutz and get Silverlight. Head to ring Southeast of Varrock. Beware there are dark wizards who will attack you so you might want some food. The wizards will summon Delrith. Avoid the wizards and attack the demon with Silverlight. He will become weakened and then you use the incantation you got to suck him into a portal (bye-bye demon). You have completed the quest.
