The Stronghold of Security located just below the mining place of Barbarian village is the best place for training. Here, you’ll find creatures ranging from combat level 5(Goblin) to level 84 deadly Lesser Demons. This stronghold has got 4 flours or steps. The deeper you go into the stronghold the more the level of the creature’s increases and the reward gets bigger and bigger.Reward? Yes, you read it write. If you’re going for the first time you can get a reward of 2k after completing the fist lvl, 3k after the 2nd, and 5k after the 3rd and finally after the fourth you get to choose between your rainbow shoes or battle shoes. In the 1st level none of the creatures attack you. Don’t worry even if you are level 15 you can go there with a short supply of food. So, try it yourself.

There are no lesser demons in Stronghold… And anyway, lessers are lvl 82, not 84. Highest level monsters in Stronghold is the lvl 86 variety of the Ankhou.
Other than that, a decent guide. It should be noted that the rewards can only be received once except for the boots. If you lost your boots or wish to change the style, you may get a new pair from the level 4 chest.
This is actually a very good place to train – ankhous in particular, as they drop addy arrows, noted mith ores, death runes, and pure essence. Good Guthan training spot if you’re mem.

well say u picked the rainbow boots instead of the battle boots if u go back to the level 4 chest will u still be abale to exchange them for the battle boots?
and when i was level 8 i got to the third floor the floor that u get the boots on and then i died at the moment i earned 10,000 coins for the place and i lost it all is it posible to earn all that money back just from the same place?

Pretty neat guide. The stronghold is a great place to train, and if you pick the right monsters, a great way to earn money. The minotaurs (level 12 and 27) on the first level often drop noted pure essence 15 and 3o at a time. I was in there for about 2o minutes and came out with at least 2oo pure essence. For a low level monster like that, that’s a great drop. ^-^
