RuneScape – The Bandos Gwd Series – The Information You Need

Part Four of my Bandos God Wars Dungeon Guide. In this guide, I will explain everything about General Graardor (the Bandos Boss).

Introduction

The God Wars Dungeon (GWD) is one of the most dangerous areas in Runscape. It is a place where people go to pit their skills in combat against some mighty gods of Runescape for various riches (Hilts, armour pieces, unique weapons, etc.). These gods are – Bandos, Zamorak, Saradomin and Armadyl. If this is your first time, try to bring items you are willing to lose. Hopefully anyone reading this guide will know how to enter the dungeon, getting the killcounts and etc., so I won’t need to go through that.

Bandos, is the without a doubt the best god to fight for people who are new to the GWD, as the strategy to deafeat the boss – both solo and in teams – is quite simple. Also, the level requirements aren’t as high as the other gods, like Armadyl, so many lower leveled players can choose to kill the Bandos boss (General Graardor), as well as the fact that in teams, which is where most new players would go, it is really easy to last up to 6 hours in a trip, which is difficult for the other gods.

This is the Fourth and Last Part of my Bandos GWD Series. THis tell you all the information YOU need to know about the big ORK.

Graardor’s Stats

He only attacks Melee and Range with a maximum hit of:

Melee – 60

Ranged – 35

He also has a VERY high Ranged Defence, though no one is sure what “Level” it is.

Graardor’s Drops and The Rates

According to many logs and statistics, the Runescape community have come up with a reasonable Drop Rate for General Graardor. These are:

Bandos Chestplate – Approximately 1/80 kills

Bandos Tassets – Approximately 1/70 kills

Bandos Boots – Approximately 1/50 kills

Bandos Hilt – Approximatley 1/150 kills

But who knows, anyone can get any of these items at a random rate. These are just common rates used.

Getting Kill Count

KC is the easiest to get, and can be acquired in less than 5 minutes (10 for ranged solo). Go to the bridge where you go to the Zamorak area, and start slaughtering goblins and / or hobgoblins there. That is why you need a Zamorak item. If you do not have any, go all north. Theres a safespot with a few hobgoblins which you can kill, but this is notably slower than the goblin method.

Why Do I need a Hammer?

The hammer is for banging the door to the Bandos stronghold. If you forget, either kill imps for one, or get a friend to bring one. Or get one yourself, and start all over with KC.
