Runescape-the Game of The Decade
Runescape has grown tremendously during the past years.
Runescape was invented back in 2001, after it replaced the old “Runescape Classic.” Today, there are over 160 million accounts and that number is substantially rising. Many play the game and become members, special players who pay to play the game. It is a subscription and is paid by months. Every month, a membership costs about $7.95. Members in the game get many more features than the free-to-play players, who can only explore a quarter of the land that can be seen by member players. Members also get better weapons and skills. As you can see, being a member is an advantage in the game, though because it costs extra money, most people choose not to become one. The free-to-play worlds are still full of people to make friends with. If you think about it, the social environment is about the same for both types, although it is more intense and, as people say, fun in member’s worlds. If you want to make online friends and have fun, I highly suggest going on Runescape to try it out and see what the environment is like (remember, they block obscene language!), as you may be surprised. When I first tried the game, I was intrigued by its magical creatures, mix of different types of combat, and just the atmosphere of the people in it. Thank you for reading. I hope you try Runescape out sometime, I highly recommend it.
