RuneScape: The Restless Ghost Guide

First, head to the Lumbridge Church (south-east of the Lumbridge Castle) and talk to Father Aereck. He will tell you that there is a ghost haunting the crypt in his graveyard. He will tell you to go speak to Father Urhney who is in the Lumbridge Swamps.

Head south-west out the graveyard until you get to a building with only a man inside. When you talk to Father Urhney, he will give you a Ghostspeak Amulet. You will have to head back to the graveyard and into the shack with a coffin inside. Open it, and a Ghost will come out.

If you have the Ghostspeak amulet on, you will understand what the ghost says. He will say that his skull got stolen and that it is in the Wizard’s Tower.

Head back the way you came and go to the Wizard’s Tower. It is located west from Father Urhney’s house. Go down into the basement and to the Altar in the back of the room. Search it, and a level 13 skeleton will come to life. You will also get the skull.

Now go back to the crypt and speak to the Ghost again. Make sure you have the Ghostspeak Amulet on. He will disappear and you will finish the quest!
