Runescape Top Training Sites

A list of the best training sites in Runescape, and when you should use them.

Please note that these are in no particular order.

Hill Giants

One of the best training zones in F2P Runescape is the hill giant cave under Varrock.  This is best around lvls 40+, although lower lvls should bring some food with them.  Also, if you wish to make money, pick up the Big Bones and limpwurt roots and sell them.  Big bones give 15 prayer exp also.  These can be found out west of Varrock, you need a brass key to go into a little hut west of the cooking guild, then go down the ladder to find them.

Rock Crabs

In P2P, rock crabs are definitely a good training zone.  At lvl 13, with 50 hp each, they give you 200 exp each, and are easy to kill!  Good at any lvl above 20, you will probably not need any food, nor will you be able to make much money off the drops, except for the occasional clue scroll.  These can be found out east of Relekka.

Ogres

Another great P2P training site, although this one is better for higher lvls.  I recommend coming here at lvl 60+, although lower lvls may want a few lobsters.  They always drop Big Bones, and sometimes can drop rare seeds, such as ranaar seeds.  These can be found east of Castle Wars.

Green Dragons

A good P2P training site for high lvl people.  I suggest coming here at lvl 80+.  You should bring some sharks or other good food with you, and watch out for revenants.  These have great drops.  Dragon Bones are good for a lot of prayer xp, and are worth 1.8k ea, the the green dragonhides are also worth 1.8k each.  They also occasionally drop a rune weapon, such as a dagger or mace.  These can be found east of clan wars.

Ice Warriors

A nice training zone for high lvl F2P players, these can be found south of Port Sarim, at the tip of the island.  Go into the dungeon, and go deep in until you find the ice warriors.  They are lvl 57, so I reccomend coming here at lvls 50+, and you should bring some food with you.

Yea Nice combat guide, but you kinda forgot the Experiment cave North-West of Canfis (requires Priest in Peril), the experiments are like rock crabs but with twice the HP/XP, and since there single combat no one can steal your kill. only downside is that it gets a bit crowded at peak times.
