RuneScape Woodcutting Guide

Level 1 – 21 cut regular trees and sell the logs to earn money for axes. Use the best axe you can afford to make work faster

Level 21 – 50 cut oak trees near Varrock to get experience. Oaks are the fastest way to level 50 woodcutting in Rune Scape Free to Play. Use the best axe you can afford.

At level 50 – 99 there are two choices.

1. Cut willow trees with your rune axe till level 99. This is the faster of the two ways, but leaves a ton of logs in your bank account because willows don’t sell very well. Willows are easier to cut than yews and are much quicker.
2. Cut willow logs till level 70 woodcutting. This is when you want to branch off and cut yew logs. If you start cutting yews at level 60, you will make a bigger profit, BUT it will take much longer to fill an inventory. Keep cutting yews till level 99 and you will end up super rich like me.
